here's your thanksgiving word problem
Potatoes cook for 40 minutes at 425
Green beans and stuffing cook for 20-30 at 350
Essentially the green beans and stuffing are being reheated. Can I cook them at 425 or is that too hot?

Can I cook them at 425 or is that too hot? Cook the potatoes for 30 min at 425, reduce the oven temp to 350 and add in the green beans and stuffing for 20 minutes. Remove the potatoes if you think they are overcooking but IME experience they will be fine. Especially if it is a mashed potato dish, but I think any potato dish will be fine. |

Do this, although I think you will probably need 30 minutes in step 2. |

bc2ca thank you! I did exactly that, added everything else at 350 for 30 minutes and we enjoyed perfectly cooked potato Ana as well as other sides.
