Help me decide. I really want Fable ceramic dinnerware, and to order while it's still on sale today. I want the speckled white or blush pink. I love pink so that's my first instinct but does pink look good with dinner food? Or should I just go with the white? Sorry, I don't know how to attach pictures. fable.com/products/ceramic-bundle?variant=41039695544509

I don’t love plain white dishes - I’d go with the blush I think it’s pretty and would be fine with dinner food - happy shopping!

I usually love pink, but I’d take a pass on it here. Food on pink doesn’t seem appealing.

Its such a light, soft pink, that I would go with it. The dishes are lovely.

I don't like that shade of pink for dishes, but if you do, go for it. I personally have never cared what color plates my food is on.

I would go with white, way more versatile and you can have coloured accessories instead to get your colours in

I’d buy the pink because I love pink. But then I’d immediately wish I would have purchased the white because it’s more versatile. Ha.
What color is the rest of your kitchen and dining? That would be the real deciding factor.

Follow your heart! ![](http://stevengale.smugmug.com/Other/Peasmilies/i-DMBsrcW/0/O/love.gif) Those are pretty dishes. I'd go with the pink if that's what you love. While I have a set of white dishes, we always reach for one of the colored sets that we have. Besides how many of the peas have Fiesta dishes in some really loud, bold colors? No one ever worries about how the food looks on those do they! This set is very understated IMO.

I have a similar set from Ikea that's almost the same color pink and I love it. I hated my old dishes and now I'm so happy when I use my new ones.

I’d go with the pink because you love it and it’s quite light. How would it look with your kitchen walls/counters/floor?
The website says you can mix and match. If the cost is higher if you do that, maybe play it safe with the speckled white and buy some pink pieces too, like the small plates or bowls to use separately or on top of the white.Such pretty dishes!

I'd get tired of the blush. We have white that is so boring, but I actually really like them.

I have a very long table with seasonal items on it or a big bread bowl. For me, the white would work better than pink with my current kitchen. I have a set of white and a set of green dishes. I loooooove my greens dishes. Maybe go with what you love. You'll be happier.

I like both but believe it would be difficult to find accessories, etc., to look pleasing with that shade of pink. Let us know what you decide.

Are you someone who cares deeply about the presentation of your meals? If so, I'd say go with the white.
If you don't really mind if it's not Insta-worthy or if anyone else loves it, then go with the pink. I think you truly love the pink and it would bring you joy to use it.
If I were buying these, I'd be having a similar debate between the speckled white (which I really do like a lot!) or the beachgrass green or whatever the name was, because that's one of the colors *I* truly love. I'm not sure which way I'd decide! Not that you care, but I do like the style a lot!

BTW, you can accessorize around the pink with white, of course, soft greens, grays and other neutrals, and some other colors too, even bolder colors like some navies.

The white looks very industrial restaurant supply store to me. Not something I would choose to have in my home, personally.

I am on team pink. It is such a beautiful shade and would look so good with a black tablecloth and grey placemats.
I just think the white looks like you went to the local restaurant supply store.
Of course, I do love all things pink and just looking at those dishes made me smile.

What color is the rest of your kitchen and dining? That would be the real deciding factor. Yes, I want to go more classic, timeless which I think means nuetral. Dark walnut coloured cupboards, table is the same. Brown countertop. Light coloured lino, like a creamy tan tile. Walls are a soft green. Grab a plate/bowl and dish up is how fancy we are around here. Yes, I think the pink would bring me more joy to use. I think because it's handmade stoneware and speckled the white doesn't look too industrial. I see white dishes online and they look so timeless. But maybe it's more patterns that aren't timeless so the solid pink will work too. I currently have my ivy Corelle from when we first got married. Thanks team pink, I think I'll go with that!

With the specks of color in the white, I don’t think it looks industrial or like it came from the kitchen supply store. I would choose the white because it matches the look in my kitchen.

Just looking at placing the items in my cart. No extra cost and you can choose any colour available for each different item in the set. That's a great option.

I feel like that shade of blush pink is like a neutral and would go with almost anything. Personally I get way more joy from my pretty and colorful dishes (and I mix and match a lot)
