I have to give them a shout out. I ordered some things and the stamp set was delayed by maybe a week. No big deal in my opinion. They made up for it by giving me an additional stamp set (3x4), some embellishments and 10% off my next order. This is a top notch company in my opinion.

Wondering if anyone who has Citrus Twist albums also is buying the 2023 Ali Edwards Week in the Life products. I'm looking to buy the chambray surf and hoping it matches the kit.
Can anyone compare?
The blue in the kit has some green to it, like what I'm seeing in the photos online.

I bought some paper from them and when I got it I noticed there was a small rectangular section that was faded on several of the papers. I took pictures and emailed them. They told me that it was there as part of the design. But if I didn’t like it (I really didn’t ) I could keep the paper and they would refund my money since the picture on their website didn’t show that. A couple days later they had changed the picture on their website so that design could be seen. They also gave me 10% off my next order.

FYI, the Canadian and International shipping has changed.
I just asked about an out of stock stamp and they found one for me. Great customer service, for sure.

Anyone buying the new travel kit? Thanks to this group I knew it was coming in April so I waited to purchase.
I got the email this morning so I pre-ordered the new kit, got my albums for WITL and my summer trip (Clementine for the Netherlands), and some things I had been wanting for a while.
I splurged on an impulse buy with that ginger alphabet (lowercase). It's lovely and I don't have anything like it.
I wanted the uppers too but I'll just wait. I was already over $100.

I inspected the travel kit closely and have decided against it. I absolutely love the CT albums and their stamp quality is A+, but there’s just something about the collections that don’t quite click with me. I like a few individual pieces a lot, but not enough of the kit to justify the whole.
I reserve the right to flip flop on my decision and buy it anyway if I so choose. 😜 it is s really nice that they are including digitals for preorders.

their stamp quality is A+ This is good to hear! It's my first stamp purchase from them. I haven't been excited about a travel line in a while so I was glad to see all the colors in this. Ali's has been real muted lately and that's great. But when you travel to bright places, sometimes you want a bit of color. |
