Let's see if I do a bit better with my list this month. 😊
1. Finish Artemis rocket launch pages.
2. Work on the wedding album.
3. Make some page kits using the Christmas swap pieces.
4. Finalize my supplies for this holiday season's layouts (hope to do this tonight when the little one goes to sleep).

I am still neck-deep in AliEx orders. But I managed to stay on top of arrivals for all of November! Expecting that I won't get all the cleanup done until well into Jan or Feb.
To Do: updated: Dec 31 √ Organize and file refund requests (16/16 granted) √ Leave Feedback (7/7) Clean up and store October purchases (9/18) Clean up and store November purchases (0/66 arrived, 0/1 inbound) √ Repair T-square (1/1) Repair die missing alignment notches (0/1) √ Build more magnetic storage pages (2/2) √ Bespoke thank you card (1/1)

I have one crop and can only attend for a few hours. I have 2 layouts to do to frame for gifts.
I already have over 100 photos since Halloween and with this being dgd2 first Christmas the projected photo ops are endless!
I do have my card newsletter done and printed so I will be getting those in the mail over the next 2 weeks.

Monthly 2022 - Sept - Oct - Nov
December - #Thursday3: Dec 1, Dec 8, Dec 15, Dec 22 & Dec 29 - do a currently card each week. Maybe on Mondays. - take notes and pictures - Decide hybrid or digital - Buy printable vellum?
I want to keep working on my monthly book but I also want to try a hybrid December daily. The immediacy of hybrid makes me want to do it during December. Then I can show it off at events as it fills up. I can't do both so I have to make a decision.

1. Get cards addressed and mailed 2. Finish knitting blanket for DGS 3. Think about OLW 2023

Need to get my cards signed and addressed and ready to pop into the mail on Wednesday.
Take and print lots of photos while I am with grandkids.
Thinking I will be scrapping those pics in the new year. Would like to first finish a few fall pages—Halloween— but not sure if that will happen this month.
At some point apply the Sketchy Saturday challenges I have missed.

Dec Plans: 1. Participate in Dec Daily 2. Get caught up on PL. 3. Cancel AE SBTM Sub and Paper Person monthly Sub for 2023. DONE! I just had too many subs going. I plan to cancel Story Kit when I have completed my year of kits in a few months. 4. Make a plan for 2023 Project Life. I picked back up this year and enjoyed it, but it filled 2 9x12 albums and I want something a little smaller for 2023. 5. Finish OLW 2022 strong and pick word for 2023. Word picked! 6. Set scrappy goals for 2023. 7. Declutter, purge and give away things I will not use.

Complete journaling for a stack of layouts Create titles for two unfinished layouts Edit and order a big batch of pictures Photo a day for December Embellishment die cutting session with neutral cardstock, vellum, and patterned paper Complete (with journaling!) four layouts Do SOMETHING with that wretched Disney album One week into the month and the only thing I'm making progress on is completing four layouts. So far I've done 3 but no journaling. So I'm just adding to the pile of layouts with no journaling. But, whatever. I'm enjoying scrapping and the journaling will get done eventually. Tomorrow afternoon and evening I have a date with my PC to work on editing pictures, journaling, and cutting titles with my Silhouette. I'm looking forward to checking some of those things off of my list.

I scrapped less in 2022 than I have in many many years which is actually good as I have been living my life vs. recording it. I still need to fix my EHD and laptop which was a small part of the not scrapping as much as usual.
In December, I usually only work on my Countdown to Christmas album but my sister will be having a baby any minute now so I imagine I will make some pages of her the last week of the month when I'm off work. Something really sad happened last week that might keep me from scrapping at all until the new year, though, so we shall see.
2023 will be a continuation of this year: a chronological family album + monthly PL-esque spreads + a Countdown to Christmas album. Unlike any other year, I will have a wedding and honeymoon to scrap but I don't know what I will do with those besides creating a separate album for each.

Time to bump the thread! Not a whole lot of scrapping was accomplished this month. I did make page kits for my swap pieces and I am in the middle of a huge photo and scrapbook audit. I am hoping to start 2023 completely organized and ready to create!
1. Finish Artemis rocket launch pages. Once I print a few more photos, launch attempt #1 will be complete. Only two left to go!
2. Work on the wedding album. Nope. I did barely any scrapping this month. This month did not go as planned, at all.
3. Make some page kits using the Christmas swap pieces. This is finished, along with all of the Halloween pieces too!
4. Finalize my supplies for this holiday season's layouts (hope to do this tonight when the little one goes to sleep). I didn't even attempt to pull supplies this month. I think I will just scrap a few events from December and call it done for 2022.
How did everyone else do? 😊

My plans are pretty simple this month: * place a photo order for the sale that ends on Monday * work on my Dec album I kept my goals super achievable this month and can cross off both of them. I've still got some pages to finish in my Dec album, but I didn't plan to have it completed this month anyway.

for the rest of us (myself included)...perhaps that's a reminder to focus on achieveable goals going forward I know for me Dec is usually pretty crazy and I don't have a lot of time for crafting outside of cards (if I haven't already finished them) and my Dec album. I could certainly do better at making sure my goals are achievable in other months of the year, but I always give myself the smallest targets in Dec. And sometimes we set goals we think should be achievable and life has other plans.

I wasn't expecting to get through my massive, massive backlog of dies to prep and store, and unsurprisingly that's what happened. It was a pretty good year. Added a lot of versatility to my collection. 2023, if it goes to plan, will have more organizing, swatching, and (hopefully) creating in it.

After setting goals, I did not want to do them. I got sad about the end of the year and not accomplishing anything important. It felt like too much work to make PL pages and I thought they weren't good enough.
I did three #Thursday3. I took photos and videos everyday. I tried one second everyday and really enjoyed it. Tuesday I started working on September pages. I almost finished new year's eve. I got the journalling done today so I'm counting it for December Goals.

burnbright -sometimes the goals we set don't end up working out for us - it's ok. Sounds like you got some things accomplished that you like so that's a win. BTW - there's no 'not good enough' - sometimes the layout is done and that IS enough. (((((Hugs)))))

After setting goals, I did not want to do them. I've certainly had months like that. If I worked on other projects instead I still consider that a win, and if I didn't end up creating anything that's still ok.
