Where do you go to find shoe sizes at either end of the size spectrum? My poor DD is tall and wears ideally an 11.5 in women's shoes, but since they don't generally make that, she has to get lucky with a large-running 11 or the impossible to find 12. For boots and athletic wear, she generally just opts for looking at men's shoes, but she likes heels and cute shoes, too. Do they even make large sizes like that that aren't for drag? Because that's pretty much all she's been able to find!
And I figured this could be a good resource for those who have super small feet, too, so ideas for those sizes are welcome here as well!

Zappos carries lots of sizes and has free shipping. I have good luck with them.

I wear a 10.5 NOT wide - it's pretty hard to find and I usually end up in an 11. I don't wear heels/boots/cute shoes though but I can't wear men's because they run wider. I don't like buying online because I wear orthiotics and have picky feet so prefer to try shoes on but I think I'm probably going to try Zappos next.
DS wears a men's 15 - he shops online (Amazon usually) and buys what he finds.
My youngest prefers men's shoes in wide but is on the cusp between youth and men's (6.5/7 mens) which is hard to find.

We do well at Nordstrom Rack, no Nordstrom near us. A good running store will have women’s shoes in 12s and 13 The heels are generally narrower on the women’s shoes. Naturalizer and Clark’s have 12 online only. Yes, they are a lot of old lady shoes, but you can stumble onto fun current styles. Good luck as this is a lifetime issue. I wear a 12 as does my sister and my daughter wears a 13.

Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack always were great for my mom (size 12) and my sister (10.5 Narrow). I tend to buy a bunch of pairs from zappos and send back whatever doesn't fit.

I'm on the opposite end. I wear a 6.5 now, but children's 4.5 fit me the best. It's essentially the same size and the children's shoes run a bit wider and the arches are farther back.
I shop almost exclusively online. Amazon, DSW, and Zappos are the best. I usually look at all three and price compare.

I am on the small end of the spectrum, size 5. I find shoes at Nordstrom or the Rack. But I feel the regular Nordstrom has nicer shoes than the Rack. I don’t even bother wasting my time looking for shoes anywhere else since most stores don’t carry anything smaller than a 6 these days.
I haven’t mail ordered shoes yet. I need to try them on since all brands fit differently and I have a low tolerance for wearing shoes that hurt/rub in any spot.
