I use Heidi Swapp gold for my splatter. I'm not really thrilled by it- depending on the paper you get water rings around the drops. I don't think she makes it any more but I have several bottles saved.
I don't know where to get silver ink to splatter. I like silver more than gold and I know silver would be gorgeous on some of my Christmas pages. Does anyone have any recommendations?
I could also use a silver ink pad. I saw the gold recommendations and I'm definitely going to buy that.

For bright silver, I use my liquitex ink. I was super lucky and got a box of 6 metallic liquitex inks on sale at my art store for about $15. They are amazing.
But I also like the Heidi Swapp "tinsel" - it's slightly darker silver, but it's still nice and shiny. Although I'm not sure if it leaves the "rings" like you mentioned with the gold?

The Delicata ink (recommended in this thread) is available in Golden Glitz & 12 other metallics including Silvery Shimmer. Note full size pads, 1.25" cubes, 0.5 fl. oz. reinkers, & a cube quartet (Golden Glitz, Silvery Shimmer, Celestial Copper, & Bronze Burst) are offered. Create splatters with the reinker or using the ink pad by "stamping" the ink onto a craft/glass mat, adding water, & splattering onto paper using a paint brush.

I’m so glad this thread was started. I’m a silver girl and finding a true silver spray or other medium for splatters has been difficult. I’ll be using my rare 40% coupon from M’s to buy some Liquitex today. Thanks so much!
