Did Heidi Swapp ever back her famous gold mist spray? It was the best!

Ryann, I also remember hearing that but I haven't seen it out again. I've been on the hunt for a good replacement.

Yes, Shimelle mentioned ages ago that Heidi confirmed it would return but there seems to be no news since then.

My bottles have a 2014 date on them. I found them in a Tuesday Morning several years after that date. I haven't seen any since then.

I doubt it's possible. IIRC Color Shine was manufactured by American Crafts, which no longer produces Heidi Swapp branded products. The Heidi Swapp brand is now affiliated with Inked Brands.

The Nuvo brand of gold spray is amazing. There are two different golds to choose from as well.

I never tried Heidi's Gold Mist Spray, so I have no idea what's a good alternative. I just got some of Tim Holtz's Mica sprays. They just hit my mail box a couple of days ago, so I haven't had a chance to try them yet; I am planning to work with them ASAP. I got one of the new Christmas sets, but there are some metallic colors, too: www.officesupply.com/craft-supplies/scrapbooking/embossing-tools-accessories/mica-other-mediums/holtz-distress-mica-stain/p1244335.html?q=tim%20holtz%20micawww.officesupply.com/craft-supplies/scrapbooking/embossing-tools-accessories/mica-other-mediums/holtz-distress-mica-sprays/p717556.html?q=tim%20holtz%20micaWould any of those colors be worth trying? Just wanted to throw them out there as a possible choice to investigate. In general, I am now trying to look for metallics that get their shine from mica rather than titanium dioxide, because mica tends to be non-toxic, whereas titanium dioxide tends to be toxic (at least that is my understanding of the situation -- I am interested in learning more about the specifics. And, truthfully, I have no idea whether there might be other toxic ingredients in these products unrelated to the "shiny" element; I don't think I have a complete ingredients list on these to investigate). So if anyone has additional info, I'd love to know about it -- thanks! I already emailed Altenew to ask about whether their sprays are non-toxic. They are not. Although they do look lovely, I decided to pass on them for that reason.

I just tried the Mica sprays last night. Thumbs up! I like these! Not sure if it would work for what you need, but they could be worth taking a look at.

The Nuvo brand of gold spray is amazing. There are two different golds to choose from as well. I second this! The Nuvo mica mist (I have it in Aspen Gold) is wonderful!
