I am having a hard time figuring out how to organize my Stamps and stamp/die sets.
I have really added both to my collection in the past few months and everything is in a sterilite container that sits in my 3 basket cart from Michael's.
How do you store your Stamps that doesn't take up desk space?
I know I want something that doesn't take desk space and can go in my cart.
Does anyone use a 3 ring binder? Would I be able to use those firmer clear sleeves people use for dies that close up?
Hmm...wonder if maybe an open box dh makes with them in folders and filed ?
If you are able can you share a photo of your storage?
Thanks!!

I picked up a couple of fridge bins at Aldi - cut down some 8.5x11 page protectors to use as sleeves for the stamps and made dividers with cardstock. I have one for stamps and a second for dies (and die/stamp sets). I do use the magnetic sheets for the dies

I use planner sized binders for my collection. Each page is chipboard with adhesive magnetic sheets on both sides. My collection leans heavily towards many small dies. If you have more big dies and coverplates, there is less of an advantage to magnetic storage. Clear acetate sheets in between to prevent facing dies from damaging each other. Chipboard charms on the zippers identify which theme is in which binder for easy grabbing off the shelf. Small dies go into magnetic folders, which slip into pockets. Folders are more adhesive magnetic sheet stuck to a piece of acetate. The plastic cover means nothing moves when it gets slid in and out. Pockets are made from cut down old 3x3 trading card pages, and hold 3.5x2.5" things.

Dies that don't go with stamps are in QK magnetic folders.
I just need a system for stamps and stamps with matching dies.

I use the binders. I have far too many stamps to put them in envelopes in boxes, and I can go through my stamp sets much, much faster. For clear sets, I attach the acetate backing of each stamp set to a piece of card stock, then slip that in a binder page protector. It is easy to pull them out, use them, and put them back. For the red rubber stamps on wood blocks, I remove them from the blocks, usually take them down to the bare rubber, and paint the backs with Aleene’s Tack-It-Over-and-Over. That turns it into a peel and stick stamp like the clear stamps, and I can use them with my stamp press. I stick those to the outside of the page protector, and stamp the image on card stock that I put inside the page protector. The 12x12 zippered binders that I used for these are no longer available, but a regular zippered binder could still work the same way. For the rubber stamps that are NOT on wood, I press them onto acetate. If they come with a piece of acetate, I stick that to the card stock, slip it into the sleeve, just like the clear stamps. In some cases, I put matching dies into the pockets, but since I have been using ArtBin die storage for a long time, I keep most of my dies in those, including the matching dies for stamps. I have written on the ArtBin containers what brands of dies are in them (My Favorite Things, Spellbinders, etc.).

I do the Jennifer McGuire method in clear fridge bins. I can fit two in each opening of my Kallax and they are easy to flip thru and remove. Dies that match a stamp set go in the same stamp pocket. Stand alone dies have their own fridge bin.

I don't use fridge bins, but rather other bins that please me more aesthetically, but I follow Jennifer McGuire's method of plastic sleeves/envelopes in bins. My shopping list currently includes this www.michaels.com/pro-mag-magnetic-sheet-12%22%22-x-24%22%22/10265238.html so I can cut strips of it to put down the back of the cardstock inserts for the dies. I'm thinking maybe 2" wide and length a little shorter than the insert.

Im struggling as I accumulate stamps on the best way to do this.

I have a lot of stamps - have been collecting for about 25 years - but only a few die sets. The stamps are in locker baskets, 3 ring binders, and flip top plastic boxes in a wine cabinet - plus a 3 tier rolling cart -- sorted by theme (background, nature, journaling, holiday, month related, etc). My few dies are on magnetic sheets in plastic folders (from Amazon) and all fit in one wire basket which sits wherever I can find a place for it. It's not a great system but it works for the many stamps I have which are very inconsistent in size and type (wood, foam, acrylic/polymer).

Within the bins I mostly organize by category except for Lawn Fawn and Pinkfresh Studio - both of those have their own section. My categories are pretty basic - sentiments, backgrounds, birthday, nature, holidays (non-Christmas), critters, people...I just use what makes sense for me.

I separate sentiments and backgrounds, but right now all my "mixed" sets are together.

I'm not sure I can help because you want to store it in a cart. I do use a 12x12 binder. I put 12x12 cardstock in a page protector and two magnetic vent covers next to each other. So when I need to use a die, I slide the cover out. I don't know the dimensions of your cart, but maybe try it with a 6x8 albums and cut down the covers?
I have stamps and some metal dies stored in two metal bins.
I bought some 6x8 and 6x6 envelopes from Amazon.
This may work well for a cart.
I admit, I am cheap when it comes to scrapbook storage. I try to find something around the house that will work or buy a storage item from Dollar Tree.

My stamp/die sets go in the AveryElle envelopes in a little baskets. Just the dies generally go on a mirror covered in magnetic cent covers. The binders get thick very quickly with die sets. I have these with different theme sets in them. I can pull one of these to my desk and not have a much desk space used. That is very true! If I could do your system, I would. My 12x12 binder is quite heavy right now.

I use these stamp storage sheets to organize most of my stamps and then keep them in the Tim Holtz stamp binder refill pockets. The storage sheets for perfectly in the pockets, but need to be cut in half. They cut easily with a few passes of an exact knife and then i round the cut corners with my crop-o-dile. The pockets can be put into the binder, but I just have them in clementine wooden crates. A heavier fridge bin would work well, but those aren’t that popular in Belgium and were crazy expensive to ship over, so i used the crates. The pockets are pretty thick plastic (thicker than the ones that most use), but I wanted them durable and I don’t have that many stamps. I keep any coordinating dies on a magnet sheet behind the stamp storage sheet, in the same pocket.
