Just concerned as my order is now going on 2 weeks...but I know it was over the holiday, so I subtracted 3-4 days for that...just curious before I start emailing them. Thanks!

I ordered on the first day of their sale and got my package last Friday. What’s different is it was sent UPS to USPS to me. I’ve never had my Gina K orders sent that way before.
ETA: I found my receipt. I ordered on 12/27 and it was delivered on 1/6.

I ordered early on 12/27 around 7 a.m. PST, and it shipped on the 28th. They process orders by how they receive them (first in, first out). So if you order later in the sale it will take longer to pack and ship.
I thought I saw on their Fb page that they go so many orders that shipping is taking longer as they can only pack so many orders per day (of course I can't find the post today).
If you're wondering about it, send their CS an email. In my personnel experience GinaK CS is the best at helping with issues.

I ordered a bit later than GiantsFan on the 27th, and mine shipped on the 29th. The after-holidays sale was a really good one and I would bet that there were a LOT of orders. I know that when she has a new release, it takes about 2 weeks to get all the orders out and I have a feeling that there were more orders with this sale than there would have been during a release.
Definitely contact customer service, but from what I've seen on her facebook page, there are definitely orders out there still to ship.

I believe I saw when I ordered 10-14 days for processing, then you have to add on shipping. They are great in that they let you know the steps your order is in the processing and you will receive a shipping notice. Gina and Tom had covid recently, but not sure if their staff did too.

I was just a little worried, I had some Kohls stuff that said processing forever this Christmas, turns out it never actually shipped, and was lost in a warehouse. Thanks all, I ordered on the 28th, later in the day, and am not on Facebook, so didn't realize they had updates there. I won't worry about it, will just give them some more time. |
