Family Fun Night - holy bright primary colors Batman. My eyes hurt. WAY too much going on on those papers. Solid no.
Campus Life - yeah, no. Not at all College. More like high school or Jr High.
The Brave - not a military family so cant critique.
Say It With Stamps - I like several of the new sets.

I seriously cannot do the bright colours in the Family Fun Night, I really wish they'd tone some of their palettes down.
I have no use for or interest in the Brave line, and I never bother to look at their stamps.
I like a couple of pieces in Campus Life. I was hoping it would be slightly less US focused so I could use it for some of my uni/living on campus stories, but the only really relevant pieces are the more generic ledger/book print type papers. I'll be interested to see what others think of this line as I feel like it's something new.

I will pick up at least some of the Fun Night papers. I like the paper with all the different common board games, and the dice cup. And I am always looking for LEGO pp.
Don't have any college kids to scrap. Not sure how much it would apply for that. But I love the book papers. Maybe they needed to add some tablets and laptops and other electronics rather than just the games console. But I love that they made the effort to move up from elementary school for their school papers.
I have a dsil in the Canadian military, but the uniform colours are different here. I would really like those boots though. He makes a big deal about April 1st being "boot day" b/c that is when they are approved for additional personal equipment.
Didn't look at the Say it with Stamps, since I already own a ton of stamps and very seldom use them.

I don’t have a need for the family fun collection, but that popcorn paper is cute.
Campus life: I like it! I love that they are branching out and making a college collection. I do think it’s versatile enough to use for high school too. On my wish list of things to scrap is an album (or several) of my college years, but I’m not organized/ready for that yet.
Brave: some of the b sides could work for outdoorsy layouts, otherwise I don’t have a need for this theme.

I'll be picking up some of the Brave and Campus Life collections after I make 50 layouts, for sure. Those will be very useful to me.
I am at 1/50 though... I should probably get going before my shopping list gets too long!

I like the idea behind the Family one - everyday life stuff like sleepovers and movie nights. I think I've only seen sleepovers represented on very girly paper before. As others have said, colors are too bright!
The military collection is OK, but DH served in the Marines and is pretty particular about its representation. Would likely point out that certain things are not correct like he does in every movie we watch!

The Brave line is pretty much the Army line. It won’t really work for AF, Navy, Marines.

Family Time - like grammadee - some pieces are heading to my wishlist especially the Lego PP Campus Life - I love that this is a thing finally - I don't have any college photos left to scrap but I might add it to my wishlist anyway - there are enough pieces that I can use for high school or other layouts and I do like the colours The Brave line is pretty the Army line. It won’t really work for AF, Navy, Marines. agreed 100% - DS is Navy so I'll probably give this one a skip. DH was Army but I haven't been scrapping his photos really although I've encouraged him to label them and type up some of his stories (neither of which he has done despite agree to).

Family Fun Night has a few pieces that I'll probably buy. I also love the Popcorn paper scrappyrabbit! I don't have a need for Campus Life. I like a couple of papers in the Brave collection. Don't need any stamps. Thanks for posting this PaperAngel.

I bought too much of both the Carta Bella and Simple Stories game lines that came out a few years ago, and have had a hard time using them even though we play a lot of games... we don't play Sorry or Monopoly type stuff. Those lines are also these same colors although not quite as bright, so I think I will pass.
The college line I could see myself using the stickers and the cut apart paper because my dd is off to college next year, and I read. Not really a fan of the patterns in the pattern paper or that there are boy and girl stickers though...
I have no use for the military line.

Family Fun - Cute! I like the popcorn paper. Not sure I would want the full collection but I like it.
Campus Life - Yay for a focus on college! Now that my son is in college I see there is a void for college themes. It's a bit juvenile and the icons are kind of questionable (varsity jacket??) but I appreciate the attempt.
The Brave - I don't have a need for this one.
Say it With Stamps - Photoplay usually carries these in their booths at conventions. I would possibly pick some up as they are usually priced around $5 in their booth.

I like all of these but Family Fun Night is great. Very similar to Family Game Night.
Military collection is ok. I will grab a bit of this for my work album eventually because I worked in Veterans hospital.

I might buy the Family Fun Night stickers. Lots of elements on that sheet would be quite useful to me, although the papers are very bright for my photos so I would likely pair them with stash or use them in my PL.
I really like the colour palette in Campus Life and I hope I can purchase it open stock. Every year I do a layout about the books I read, and I really like the bookshelf paper and some of the ledger/generic prints in the collection. It won't really work for my university photos, but I would buy duplicates of some of those b-sides!

A sheet or 2 from Family Fun Night (lego, popcorn), the rest is a no.

I love these new collection threads you've been starting, PaperAngel -- thanks so much for the links. I enjoyed checking out these collections.
Family Fun Night -- I don't generally need this theme, but I am pretty likely to buy multiple single sheets of that awesome popcorn paper. I'm also contemplating the stamp set because I LOVE that #notsorry stamp. I'm not sure I'd get enough use out of it to make it worth the purchase, though. I have a self-imposed rule with stamp sets; I want to be able to use the stamps at least a dozen times each (and preferably more), otherwise I pass.
Campus Life -- No need for it
The Brave -- No need for it
Say It With Stamps -- I find some of these sets appealing, but I already have those needs mostly covered, so I don't feel an urgent need to pick up any of these.
I clicked a link from one of these pages to their other stuff, and I LOVE their cat-themed collection.

I like that they tried a college line. It seems like high school 2.0 though. I am not sure what should have been included though. I suppose dorm food, parties, and all night study sessions could have been used. I do like the green in that line though.

Family Fun Night - feels like a repeat of the Echo Park line a few seasons back Campus Life - I don't know about college but I like some of it for my kid in high school The Brave - not a military family so not needed Stamps - some are nice not sure it will be enough to get me to buy them though

Family Life- I like. Yes the colors are bright but they are versatile. No pink in your face and that makes my happy. Though I grabbed Eco parks and some Elle’s studio collections, I’ll probably add some of this too.
Campus life- none in college but I can use some of this for my high schoolers. And I like the guitar for my tween who plays so it is influencing the decision to grab some.
I have no use for the army theme but I like the look of it. Worn grab anything though.

I don't really like the game collection, although I could probably do some pages about that stuff. I have no use for Campus Life and I don't know if it's relevant or not, but I like that they are doing something different and offering different themes for people. I do really like the colors! I like The Brave. Not sure if I will buy any or not. There are a few stamps and dies that catch my eye. I may grab a couple.

I really like that photoplay offers collections other than the standard ones. I really like the idea of a college line. I have 2 boys in college but not a lot of photos. Partly covid, partly they're boys and just don't take a lot of pictures. Not crazy about the colors and patterns but I will probably order some pieces.
I love the game one and don't mind the bright colors. It is similar to the simple stories and carta bella ones, but it might mix well with them? We play a lot of games, not sorry or monopoly, but this is probably the closest any manufacturer will offer.
DH is former Coast Guard and ds is Navy ROTC but the brave collection is better suited for army.

The only thing I like in any of it is a few of the B-side papers from Campus Life. Like some others have said, I'm glad they tried a college-themed collection, but this one def looks more like high school. Good b-sides, though!

Photoplay is one of my favorites, thanks for sharing these. My daughter got her first college acceptance notification today, so I’m definitely getting campus life and probably the family fun night, too.

Family Fun Night - I like this one. I have the two other game night collections (Carta Bella and Simple Stories) but I do have quite a lot of photos to to with this theme. I really like the paper with the game pieces on one side and all of the different game boards on the other. I'll buy this collection. I don't mind the bright colors because most of those games use primary colors the most.
Campus Life - This one is so pretty! I'll definitely buy this one, too. I'll get both sticker sets because there is a lot of cross over- it is not extremely gendered. I understand why they do boy and girl stickers but my nephew's roommates are non-binary so strictly boy or girl doesn't fit. The papers are really nice, too. I like that the paper with the subjects on it includes Art History- my major. Might have to dig up a photo from my college days.
The Brave - I have no need for it and agree it is totally Army. I think it is amazing that there is a gun sticker. And knives and a grenade. I don't have a problem with it- I've just never seen that before.
Say It With Stamps - I'm not a card maker but the stamps are really cute. There are a couple of stencils I want.
This is a good release. I have really been liking Photoplay recently- they branch out with their themes.

Thanks for your responses. I like the Family Fun Night plaid & stripe in the bright energetic color palette & find the earthly colors, patterns, etc. appropriate for The Brave. While I appreciate that Photoplay offers non-mainstream themes, IMHO Campus Life entirely misses the mark for use with college stories/photos. I especially dislike the color scheme & themed patterned papers (e.g. random floating icons, small/clustered/repetitive icons, commands). I do like the classic non-themed patterns on most of the reverse sides for non-college related pages. Nothing from this release is a must-have for me.

I will probably pick up some of Campus Life. I’m glad to see a college line! I must be missing it, because I don’t see a dream catcher in the designs? I see the macrame/tapestry wall hanging in a few designs, though.

Family Fun Night - Way, WAY too bright and busy. This is a pass for me. Campus Life - I have a son (hopefully) going off to college in the fall of 2024 and I'll probably pick up this collection. There aren't a lot of college or older school themed collections and I like the colors of this one. The Brave - I have some pictures of my SO's time in the military and I might pick this one up. Stamps - pass, I have too many stamps.
