What do you think it will be? There has been quite a few blues/reds/pinks/greens lately.
A gray? Maybe a yellow/orange?
Update - color is “lost shadow” looks like a light grey. It’s up on the scrapbook . Com website.

Another vote for grey. Is this the last one?

I’m really hoping for a gray. However, looking at the new releases in order since Speckled Egg, I think it will be a yellow.

I think TH said the last couple of releases would be neutrals so either grey or brown? I'm going to say grey.

Yes, he went ahead and gave an uncharacteristic hint in the last color reveal live video (because he wanted to prepare people and/or help avoid disappointment for those who were speculating about bright colors) that the ones to come are very Tim and neutral.

having just swatched my inks - I don't own a single grey so I'll put my vote with grey as well.

I would really like a neutral gray- I don’t have a ton of the colors but I would buy a good gray.

I believe it's for the time being. Someone else may correct me if I'm wrong but I think they get Ranger to agree to a release of 12 colors at a time. In the past they came faster but this one has been slow - they've dragged it out since May 2020. I think there might be a break of months or longer before they decide whether to continue adding colors. I just checked Tim's blog and there was a !! 5 year gap !! before the first release of this series (speckled egg). By my count this will be number 10 so I think there are 2 more after this one.

This will be the 11th one , so one more coming. At the time when the last one was released he said that there is no plan for more colors as of now. But they are selling like crazy so I wonder if after a break, maybe 1 year, they'll start again.

This looks really useful to me. I love pumice stone, old paper and iced spruce and think this will really provide a complementary neutral light gray. I think this will also be super useful for those of us who like the Heidi Swapp layering style of stamping as this gives as a nice lighter gray to use. I just ordered on ACOT as I already had a cart of 49 and Market goodies I was wanting and added this and clicked buy!

I hope that everyone who said gray made a bet on it and won some money!!
I like it. Especially when he holds it up next to Pumice Stone. I'm watching Nina-Marie Trapani play with it now and I'm definitely ordering it.

At first glance it doesn’t look very exciting, but like others have said I think it will be a very useful addition. I like the suggestion of using it for stamping.

Not only do I need this color but I need it in both oxide and regular distress which is a first for me.

I watched the TH Live (watched the makes at 2x speed which was amusing) and I can see how this is a very useful color. It also sounded like there aren't any new colors planned for the future once the last one is released, only new products using the existing 70 color palette.

Yes, I heard him say this, too - their palette will stop at 70 colours. There is one more colour, a neutral, being released later this year. I really like this grey, it looks very silvery to me, very pretty. I'm looking forward to using it.

I’ve never bought a newly released color but I will get this one- I could see using it pretty often.
