Congrats on finishing the Disney album, blemon! I was able to scrap 1.5 layouts this weekend, surprisingly. The family was sick this past week, so not as much crafting was accomplished as I had hoped. I just received some photos that I am very excited to scrap, so once my current project is done, I know exactly what is being made next. Tigers. Lots of big kitty photos. 😁 I did clean some kitchen cabinets today, too. Woo!

All I managed to complete this weekend was a 2-page l/o that I've been struggling with for awhile. But I'm calling it finished and hope to make some progress this week on the stamping/inks mess I've made. Good going everyone!

This weekend I hope to finish my 2021 DD/JYC! I’m so close! I have Dec 26 started and on my desk now. I’m going through Dec. 31 (we did some traveling to family between xmas and NY’s that I want to include). Then I can pack away Christmas and move on to something else!
Anyone else have goals for this weekend?

My plans have completely changed, so I am not sure I will have scrappy time this weekend.
If I find time, I would like to scrap some big kitty pictures. 🐅🐯

I don't know what I'm going to do!
I have a couple of options so I'll have to see where the inspiration hits.

My goal is to organise my space. I moved my inks yesterday and of course it's started a chain reaction of needing to find a home for the things I took out of the drawer they are now stored in, and realising I probably need to purge as some of the things I was touching are things I haven't used in a long time. I suspect this is going to be the start of a major reorganisation of my space, but I'm going to start by dealing with the piles I've just created.

Ok, checking back in to report that I have now touched every piece of paper in my stash, including all my scraps. I've pulled out 20 sheets of paper to get rid of, almost all came from a destash I bought last year. I've also cleaned out quite a bit from my scraps drawer, before I started I was having trouble closing the drawer properly but now I have space to spare, and a small pile for the recycling bin.
I also came across a brand new pack of TH grungeboard, any suggestions on how to use it that are not super vintage TH style?

I just want to get my PL up to date (just some of the journaling left from last week) and finish up Feb reflections for my OLW. I’d also like to start on the March prompt.

I want to print photos for a monthly summary spread for January, do 4 pages for creative teams and do a couple memory planner layouts.
That seems like a lot but I’m home this weekend doing a bunch of nothing except picking up the house and meal prepping. Scrapbooking will be my reward in between tasks.

It seems I have gone completely off track (just can't face trying to organize my stamping supplies) and have pulled out papers to continue working on my great-granddau's album. I hope to complete a few pages and then get back to the dreaded inks, etc. Good luck on your efforts this weekend everyone.

This sounds like a huge accomplishment. I got completely inspired and made a bunch of digital pages for my Disney TN. I'm not sure exactly how I will proceed but it was fun to do some stuff in photoshop that was not photo editing and printing. That's the thing I hate most about scrapbooking.

I know I’m slightly late in responding, but I’m working on getting up-to-date on Project Life. It helps me to make sure I have the main portions done - like sorting through, choosing, and printing photos (I have hundreds of photos each week because I have a cute baby who we basically take photos of every day) so I have them in the book even if I’m not ready for cards or journaling yet. Ideally I’ll be totally up-to-date on this portion by the end of the weekend. We got tons of snow here so I’ve got nowhere to be but home hanging out with my family and scrapping when I can!

Still working on my 2 page layout. It won't get done this weekend. I am working with my beloved OA papers and being super careful about paper wastage, using scratch paper to play with stamps for embellishments and it is just taking way longer that usual. But since it is my Beloved OA papers that I can't get any more, I am A OK with the slowness. Loving the layout so far. Must be the papers

I'm the same way. I am very careful with this. I was using some numbers yesterday and I was a little angry they weren't sticking but when I saw they were OA, I was no longer angry. It's been nearly 10 years since they stopped making stuff, right? I can't remember.

scrappypeanut I competed understand! If I were Gollum, I would not hoard the one ring to rule them all. I would hoard OA papers. My precious... paper!

I've been productive this weekend.
I finished the Disney TN (my trip is a month away but I got excited about it). I am going to use the date stamp and put the dates in today. Just deciding on an ink color. Will probably use the mega date stamp for the main pages. Fingers crossed. You only get one shot with those things.
I am getting into the groove of the Disney album again. Page 1 is now done and story 2 is going on the back. Waiting for the ink to dry a bit more before I trim it.
I didn't take as many photos so I think this will actually go pretty quickly. It was also only 3 park days so there's not as much as our other trips anyway.
What have you all been working on?
I'm excited for WITL. I wasn't going to do it again but I do want to now.

blemon - awesome! What have you all been working on? I've been working on my trip to Williamsburg last Oct/Nov. I was there for 15 days plus two travel days. So far I have the firts travel day and two days done. Hoping to get day 3 and hopefully start day 4 today

This weekend hasn't given me much time to do anything sb-related. (Watching basketball - it's that time of year.) I had hoped to check out some of the sbc fest but haven't done it yet. I did work on a l/o for my great gr-dau's sb. Glad this posting is still going - it's an excellent reminder/prompt.

What have you all been working on? I didn't get to complete (or start) many of the 28-4-28 challenges so I'm still working through those. I've done just under half of them and lots of the easy ones, like use supplies beginning with P, left to go. I may not get through them all but there were too many good prompts to not want to do at least a few more.

I finished 8 pages of Christmas. I do two albums at a time and the layouts are the same with a few different pictures. I think what keeps me going is that I have most of the 2022 layouts planned with pictures, sketches, papers and some ephemera in each kit. I have the list of layouts printed out with how many I need to do of each layout (one or two) and I have them put in bullet style formation. Nothing makes me happier than being able to color in a bullet and write the total of pages completed this year next to that bullet. I have to laugh at what makes me motivated. But now I am 5 days ahead of schedule. I also used 2 of my favorite Christmas lines and that made it even better.
