Can’t think of a more deserving person to have a secret documentary made about. Especially when you see the subject matter.
I’m pretty sure Roberts and Company aren’t going to be happy about this.
From the article
“ A secretly made documentary expanding on allegations of sexual assault against supreme court justice Brett Kavanaugh has premiered at this year’s Sundance film festival.
Justice, a last-minute addition to the schedule, aims to shine a light not only on the women who have accused Kavanaugh, a Donald Trump nominee, but also the failed FBI investigation into the allegations.”

Yes... Speaking with MSNBC host Katie Phang, Glenn Kirschner hammered the FBI for the poor handling of tips that came in before Kavanaugh was given a lifetime appointment to the nation's highest court. In the new documentary from noted filmmaker Doug Liman, Deborah Ramirez — who was never invited to testify during the Senate confirmation hearing -- gave a detailed description about her encounter with Kavanaugh while in college. According to Phang, "The documentary alleges that the FBI failed to reach out to 4500 people who sent in tips prior to Kavanaugh's confirmation and, said those tips went to the [Trump] White House." "We know what happened once those tips went to the White House, don't we, Glenn?" she continued. "Isn't this more just proof positive that the SCOTUS confirmation processes to be overhauled, and there has to be an exterior force, an exterior entity that is actually watching what's happening?" "Absolutely!" Kirschner shot back. "It would be nice if we knew what was in those 4500 tips. I understand that the FBI will say it was a background investigation and, because it was requested by the White House, that's why our procedure is — the White House, Donald Trump, was the very entity that desperately wanted Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court." "They didn't care what misconduct he may have engaged in that disqualified to sit as a justice," he continued. "Here is what I find so nauseating. 4500 citizens put themselves on the line and called in those tips about Brett Kavanaugh's unsuitability to serve. You know what? There is nothing more offensive or disrespectful of those citizens who put themselves out there, then to have those things delivered to the White House, rather than investigated by the FBI." "How about we investigate them now?" he then proposed. www.rawstory.com/brett-kavanaugh-2659292620/

I wonder if that new committee created to investigate the FBI and DOJ that Jim Jordan is heading up will investigate this little nugget?

It is nauseating. And the Republicans are worried about Hunter Biden’s laptop.

Even if he were innocent of the sexual assault that was alleged (I can absolutely believe him guilty of it, though, the entitled turd), his fury when he was questioned during the confirmation hearings demonstrated that he's temperamentally unsuited for the position of Supreme Court Justice.

I would like to watch this, but I honestly don't know if I will be able to stomach it. I went through such a bad time throughout his confirmation hearing, watching his smug face, listening to his tantrums. It still befuddles me that that man is on the SCOTUS. I knew there was something shady going on. Not only that but having to listen to the people in my world who thought his accuser was a liar and all the terrible things they said about her disgusted me so much and made me relive my own sexual assault that had happened in 1983. So many things she said (and was vilified for!) were some of the exact same things I remember thinking and feeling so vividly. So yeah. While I would like to watch, I'm not sure I will. I still think it is disgusting that he is on the court. And knowing that 4500 tips were called into the FBI? WTAF? What is it about HIM that everyone who had anything to do with it wanted him and not someone else on the court? I hope some heads will roll, but I am not holding my breath waiting. And yeah, the folks who won't stop ranting about Hunter Biden's f*ing laptop yet will clearly stay silent on this are truly deplorable humans.

I have no problem with Hunter being investigated, punished as appropriate. There are others who should also be punished, by including Kavanaugh.

If he broke the law, arrest him and try him for it. But this bullshit about Hunter Hunter Hunter all the time while they ignore the shit Trump and his crew did and still do is so hypocritical.

Exactly I don’t think anyone has said he should just go free if he did something illegal but after years into an investigation I think if he was guilty it would have come out? To ignore 4500 witnesses was snd is wrong. I to think we deserve to know who paid off his debts. Who does he owe? I would be curious to see this but I had a hard time watching his sniveling the first time. He just didn’t act professional at all.

His whole confirmation hearing was such a shit show, but I will never forget his horrible sneer when he yelled at someone, "I like beer! Do YOU like beer??" In what world is that the way to behave when you are going through a hearing to become a supreme court justice?? The whole thing was a disgusting circus and now we are stuck with him for the next possible 40 years.

I'm still disgusted by the family members who were gleeful when he was appointed, calling Blasey-Ford a liar, so I told them all about my assault finally. Not one of them wavered in their support of him. I don't know if I can stomach watching. I DO wish there were consequences as a result of this film.

Thanks Dir Wray.... NOT!! You did NOT go to great lengths to protect American citizens, particularly girls and women, from Brett Kavanaugh.. (Clean up you act Dir Wray!!) "The FBI will go to great lengths to investigate and hold accountable anyone who violates the law, including when the individual is an FBI employee. We hold ourselves to the highest standard, and our focus will remain on our mission and on doing the right thing, in the right way, every time," Wray said abcnews.go.com/US/actions-agent-charles-mcgonigal-represent-fbi-wray-tells/story?id=96643687&cid=social_twitter_abcn

Well that and perjuring himself about the White House emails. ( but his emails ) AND as Lucy pointed out to whom is he financially indebted? Who is pulling his strings?

There are others who should also be punished I have always thought Clarence Thomas is guilty too. And don't forget Mrs. Thomas too. Probably but there wasn’t concrete proof so I just can’t say. But there IS proof that Cavanaugh lied about his time in the White House and there are emails to prove it and that was swept under the rug. If he’s lying about that why would we belive him about literally anything going forward. As long as he is on the court any ruling he participated in is tainted more so than Gorsuch and Barrett whom have no real scandals that have come out.
