The other day, I bought some files, my password worked fine, and they downloaded perfectly to "recent downloads" as always. I tried cutting one of the files and it's super fiddly and annoying (it's a nutcracker with teeth die cuts so tiny there's now way to get them to work) so I bought a different nutcracker file. Well, first my password suddenly doesn't work, and when I changed it and got logged in, the file downloads to my computer and not with the rest of my 1000s of files. That and I swear on every page it's making me log in. Anyone else? Or just me? I think I'm done trying to cut any files today  |

I did have to change my password unexpectedly recently. It suddenly didn’t work. So I changed it to a more secure one. I haven’t cut anything in the last few days. I’ll play around tonight and let you know if I have similar issues.

Update: No trouble with my password, purchasing, downloading, showing in my library, or cutting.
Maybe you need to shut everything down and reboot (if you haven’t already tried that).

Well, today I went to their site, and their files are nothing but a blank page. My wishlist, same thing, and it’s supposed to have several items.
We are having freezing rain here, so maybe my connection isn’t great, but I can access other sites (such as this one), so maybe Silhouette IS having some issues.

Over the last while things have not been appearing in my library immediately, but usually after a bit of a wait and some fiddling and syncing I can get it to work.
