Now known as We R Makers
They have been really branching out into a wide variety of crafting tools and mediums so I guess this makes sense.

I shall now refer to them as WoRM. 🪱
The change makes sense, based on all of the new products I have been seeing.

I guess it makes sense. I hope we continue to see lots of memory-keeping related products from them. I'll be very sad if they discontinue the ablums.

I shall now refer to them as WoRM. 🪱 I will probably now think of them as WoRM every time I see WRM. The name change does make sense, but did anyone think about how the new letter combination would look and what it would bring to mind? I think the WRM head honchos neglected to think this one through.

Thanks for the information Neisey. I'm still mad at them for selling their album line to American Crafts. Gone are all those beautiful colors. So sad. But I do love my Crop-a-dile - best hole punch ever.

But I do love my Crop-a-dile - best hole punch ever. Note We R Memory Keepers is not an independent company that sold its album line to American Crafts. Rather, AC acquired WRMK in Summer 2014. WRMK is an AC brand. Like you, I miss the selection & quality of original WRMK albums (& Quickutz that had previously been sold to Lifestyle Crafts & then WRMK before it was bought by AC).

I'm am still going to think of them as WRMK. I am not into other stuff that they sell, so that does not apply to me.

I have had a tough time finding the WRMK red and blue pleather 12 x 12 albums (for under $25). I found them for $20 at a craft store online I'd never heard of and ordered 4. When they came in perfectly and fhad ree shipping, I bought them out of all of their red and blue albums on my second order.
I don't care what we call them. I just need more albums

I like their new name, it does make sense for the direction their company has gone in.
Has anyone used their paper trimmer that is also a score board? Any good? I like the concept but not sure if it's flimsy or not.

Thanks PaperAngel for the clarification about WRMK/AC. I didn't realize that AC bought the entire co. They sure are gobbling up lots of brands.

Unfortunately, when they bought Bazzill out, the paper and card stock since has seemed a little bit thinner. Maybe it’s my imagination, but when a company buys out another, the product quality sometimes seems to go down a bit. I loved the original Bazzill papers.

I like the concept but not sure if it's flimsy or not. Victoria Marie Designs uses it and says she loves it, especially for space saving. She said she uses the small TH guillotine for precision cuts but seems to use the WRM trimmer/score board for her scrapping. I saw a video ad for it the other day and based on the comments it looks like some people didn't know that it has little locks in the back to hold it open. The main complaints I saw were about being able to buy replacement blades (in other countries) and not being able to score well too close to the folding area. I have been tempted by it too but I don't love replacing the blades and I seem to get bad cuts with that style of trimmer, perhaps because I'm bad about replacing the blades?

Unfortunately, IMHO acquired companies lose their uniqueness (ie. the reason they were desirable to purchase) under the AC umbrella. I cannot tell one from the other (& usually buy none)! In addition to readily accessible & quality WRMK albums, I also miss the original Bazzill. It was reported in 2016 that Bazzill's original owners had left AC & were the creative force behind MME My Colors Cardstock. I’m hopeful they are still involved with My Colors Cardstock, which is now a division of Photoplay (after MME stopped producing scrapbook products). I plan to sample My Colors Cardstock by Photoplay soon...
