I have tried making some myself (using Pops of color from scrapbook.com or Nuvo) but I can never get them perfectly round?
Any trick to get them perfectly round/perfect circle?
Is there a template? Stencil? Or am I just using the wrong products?
TIA!

Are you holding the bottle straight up and down? I stand when I’m making them otherwise I have a tendency to hold the bottle at a slight angle. I also don’t put them directly to the paper. I do several on a piece acetate or freezer paper, let them dry then pop off and glue down. That way I can trash any that don’t come out right.

I hold my bottle straight up and down as well. When it is the size I want, I pull the bottle up while making a very small circular motion with the tip. I find this helps prevent a pointy tip on the final dot.
It definitely took me a little bit of time to perfect the technique. Practicing on acetate or wax paper sounds like a great idea though!

A lady who I watch on videos suggests making the drops with the bottle off to the side. That way they aren't tipped at the top. It doesn't seem to help me, but we all do things a little differently.

I made my own Nuvo drop enamel dots on waxed paper and I'm sure most of them were not perfectly circular but most were good enough. I made dozens of them in one go, and got better as I went along, made several different sizes, and had enough that if some of them were messed up it didn't matter if they went in the trash.
I'm not sure if you prefer to do them straight onto your projects but maybe it's worth doing a session with them onto a nonstick surface just to get some practice in. Or maybe it doesn't matter if they're not so circular.
