I have 6 different library cards. Many libraries in Texas will give cards to anyone with Texas drivers license. I’m currently reading the latest Jojo Moyes novel that was just released last week from one of my libraries. Which ones do you not have to go to in person to get the card? I know Harris County is one. |

Our state has an online lending library. What's weird is I can usually find the audiobook versions a lot more than the ebooks. The wait is usually months long if it's a popular title. I'm a slow reader though. I usually do the search feature of available now and pick one of those.

scrappinghappy -- I just wanted to say thank you again for telling us about the Las Vegas library! Just since you mentioned it I have found FOUR books there in Kindle format that my library only has the regular font book version of. I can't read regular font so I need large-print or Kindle, and I prefer Kindle because it's easier to read in bed. Las Vegas seems to be excellent for the Kindle versions.
