Welcome to Word Salad Tuesday! Today's letter is A... has anyone guessed what word we are spelling? I couldn't think of too many crafty A words, maybe some peas can think of more. The challenge is to use two things that start with A. My layout features Acetate and Animals. I guess adhesive could work if you are really stuck! (edit: just thought of another A word: American Crafts) Adventure Awaits by scrappy rabbit, on Flickr The twist is to use products in your stash that are "orphaned" or the one thing left from a collection or had no collection to begin with. This acetate piece in my layout was completely random and I had nothing else that went with that collection (I believe it was Bella Blvd).

If you throw in American Crafts products, the choice of "A" supplies is almost endless! Great sample, scrappyrabbit. And fun twist: I [may] have a few orphaned pieces lying around here...

Alphas seems like a pretty easy choice too. I haven't started any of your secret word challenges but I'm looking forward to digging into my stash and seeing how many things I can find for each letter.

This was my list from years ago (I saved an old alphabet list because I got tired of thinking them up every time lol)
American Crafts; alphabets; autumn; Amy Tan; Altenew; animals; acetate; aqua; arrow; alcohol inks; acrylic; airplane

Thanks for hosting this challenge scrappyrabbit. I love what you have done with it. You have love in the gallery. I used Anthem in title, AliExpress enamel stars, AC cardstock and an ampersand in my journaling. The enamel stars were the last ones on a piece of acetate. I could have used a few more, but I used what was left. I think that makes the twist. National Anthem

Thanks for the challenge - pretty sure I know your word, lol. A is for Arrow, airplane, and American Crafts - I don't love this layout but it's done. I have no idea if I met the twist or not so not claiming.

bunkbed by BreetheFlea, on Flickr If this was letter B, I would have nailed this one... Bunk Bed, Boys, Bella Blvd... but I got to the end and had somehow managed to forget all the A things, so there's aqua paper and an arrow... not sure I completed the twist or not since I still have white enamel dots and red letter stickers left.

My two "A"s are alpha stickers and adhesive brads. Leftover collection for the twist is all the patterned paper is from the New Day collection by Echo Park, that was used previously in a SCT Crop & Create class.
