Welcome to the final Finish It Friday! I hope you all have finished up some projects that have been lingering in your collection! I have finished 1 album, 1/2 of a class, most of a kit and now this 2 page layout. I have had this unfinished layout in my stash for years. I made this layout in a class years ago but never put photos on it because I wanted to wait for the "perfect" photos. As suspected, it got put in my Christmas stuff and was forgotten. I finally pulled it out and decided to put some photos from 2005 when my parents were alive and my then boyfriend (now husband) & his dad went to stay with my family back in Iowa. Your challenge: find a layout that you haven't quite finished, one that needs journaling completed, or maybe some photos need to be added or something isn't quite right with it. Or, if you have all your layouts finished, find some photos you've been holding off on scrapbooking for whatever reason and make that layout! I can't wait to see what you create! Here are my layouts. I covered the faces of my family as they'd prefer not to have their faces out there on internet. And here's the twist: Participate - even if you just stop in for 1 minute and say "HI!" - in the weekend or midweek crop! The weekend/midweek crops are back and it would be so great to see more smiling faces! Look on the general scrapbook board for crop info! POINTS: Challenge team members can earn points from playing along, but if you are not a member of a team, just ignore this: Earn FIVE points for meeting the challenge + a BONUS of TWO points if you meet the twist on the same project. Bonus 500 points for completing ALL 28 challenges--with or without the twist--on or before March 7th.

Thanks for helping us 'finish it' - I love your layout! I don't think I have any unfinished layouts - I tend to finish one before starting the next EXCEPT when cropping with you guys - then I often wait to add journalling or use my cutter until afterwards but I still get them done after the crop. I definitely have photos that haven't gotten scrapped though...looks at the 2013 album in particular...

Ha ha! Another great Finish It Friday, @jeidannie. It might be time for me to open that drawer full of CTMH photo- and journalless LO's we put together during evening get togethers years ago. I never brought photos to class, and the theme and design was always dependent on the demonstrator, so very seldom hit what I was scrapping at the moment. Thus, the drawer... Worth a look?

avocado by BreetheFlea, on Flickr I've been finishing pages in between challenges all month, I started with four Iris bins of layouts in various stages of finished-ness (or I just needed to decide they were complete enough) and now I'm down to two. I did complete this one this morning, so it's the one I'm posting. Doing the challenges, and starting a page and finishing it instead of leaving parts of them for later has been different for me, maybe I should do more of that...

Do I win a prize for finishing this one after TEN YEARS??? Started this LO in a BoBunny class at an in person Crop & Create event in Saskatoon in 2013. This morning, I pulled it out of a drawer, added a mosaic heart as per challenge #23, and here it is, DONE! Be Mine by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

I started this layout for the December 2022 Template Challenge at The Lilypad. This super fun template is by our own gina Gina Miller. I had got as far as adding the photo and a few papers in December, and when I went back to it yesterday, I decided to change the papers. I was almost finished before realising that I'd used papers from a kit bought at another store, so I can't upload it at TLP now. Oooops!

I didn't really have unfinished layouts but I went back and scrapped DD22's confirmation pictures from 2013 yesterday (and finished up the journalling today) only sharing one layout here but there are 3 more double-page ones on the sharing thread

grammadee - I think you do win for oldest layout! I love this too, such a fun layout! And you did two challenges in one layout, that should get double points! AussieMeg - love the color choices in the layout, makes the whole thing pop. Linda - I'm glad you were able to get multiple layouts done with older photos! Love the simplicity of this, everything works perfectly with the photo.

Thank you for this challenge jediannie. Linda, that is the most beautiful layout. Clean, classy and simply beautiful. I love the embossed butterflies and the perfect dove. This is one of my very favorites of your pages. I'll go look at the others in the Sharing thread. breetheflea, grammadee and AussieMeg, I caught your beautiful layouts in the gallery. scrappyrabbit, I will get a good look at yours in the gallery too. I have put off doing a page about my dear friend scrapincin who left us in 2018. I knew it would take a lot of journaling and heart aches so I am glad for the prompt to finish. If you knew Cindy, you loved her. Scrapincin

nylene what a wonderful tribute page. I didn't know Cindy. I just had a look at her posts and see that she passed away in May 2018. I didn't start posting here at GS until about September of that year. After reading your journaling, I feel like I really missed out by not knowing her.

The travel paper is from a store-brand Joann paper pad, but it’s possible they copied some of the same designs.

I have finally finished a page from 2018. I'm pretty sure it was from sketchtember and I had good intentions of adding the journaling once the month was over. So 4.5 years later I've finally finished it. I've added some more embellishment, and added journaling to the pocket, and although it's not how I'd do the page today, it is done and going into an album. Here's the original page I shared in 2018 (since I'm too lazy to scan the finished version):
