I'm having a hard time getting anyone from Freckled Fawn to reply to my email. I ordered a kit a couple of weeks ago and it was missing some 3x4 cards but no one has responded to my emails. doe@freckledfawn . com (no spaces) is where I was sending replies. I also sent one via their website contact us form but still haven't gotten a reply. I was thinking about starting a sub from them but if they don't reply to emails I won't bother signing up. Does anyone have a potential alternate email I can try or if they've had any luck getting them to reply to emails? Thanks!

I have never ordered from them, but they do have an Instagram account. Maybe you could try to send a message there.

I have no information, but how about adding in "Order #1234 - THIRD REQUEST" (or however many) in capital letters the email subject line? That might help, maybe?

My only experience needing CS was several years ago. They were prompt and sent the missing items quickly.

they do have an Instagram account. Maybe you could try to send a message there. I sent them a DM via instagram but it hasn't been viewed yet. Maybe because I sent it later in the afternoon on Friday. . . how about adding in "Order #1234 - THIRD REQUEST" (or however many) in capital letters the email subject line? This is a good idea. I'll try this one too. The one time I did get a reply back they said my message went to spam so I'm betting that's what's happening, but why they wouldn't mark a customer's email as "not spam" I don't have a reason.

Don't the kits ship on the 2nd of the month? It is March 10 and I haven't heard anything...has anyone else? Thank you!

I'd say email them but since they're having issues with their email they may not see it. My issues is fortunately resolved, they sent the missing cards and some label stickers as a gift. They said their email was basically marking everything as spam so they missed all my emails and found them after they went through the spam.

If this is a known problem, they should be checking their spam folder every day. Sometimes at my work we have emails going into spam, so whoever is on the early shift at work is responsible for checking the folder every day, first thing in the morning.

I've been subscribing for a couple of months now and my kits have not shipped until mid month. I know usually there is a period of time (first 5 days maybe) that they let you choose add on things for 10% off I think. So it seems like it would be a good idea not to ship in that time frame.

Can anyone report on what finish their labels, stickers, chipboard have these days? They used to be matte, which was nice for stamping on. Then glossy, which was tricky. Then seemed to be a mix. It’s been awhile since I’ve tried them again. I’m not keen to order if it’s still the glossy stuff though…. TIA!
