I ordered a new stamp set from SSS and it arrived yesterday. Part of the stamp us defective so last night I emailed my order number info and 2 photos. Woke up to an email this morning (they are 3 hours ahead of me) with them stating a new one will be on its way.
No back and forth. No waiting. Exactly what customer service should be and greatly appreciated!

At the end of last year I had good coupons and ordered both SSS embellishment tools; one has a wax picker end and a ballpoint scoring end while the other has a poky end and a coated ball point end for pushing things into place. I was taking the protective cap off the poky end the other day and the whole poky piece came right out of the shaft. I emailed them this morning and a new tool is on its way already -- didn't even request photos!
