I would like to create post-it sized cards to add task to add to a “to-list board”. I’d like a material that I can use dry erase markers and has pretty colors. It would need to be strong enough to be used over and over again I just can’t think of what a good material would be. Any thoughts? I have a ton of scrapping supplies (and willing to buy more!🙂)
Longer story: after literal years of therapists telling me my tasks need to be **visible** and try a Kanban type system I am going to try it. All of the examples use post-it notes and I’d like to see if I can find something re-usable. Magnetic would also be great but I realized I can just use regular magnética.

Laminate 3 x 5 index cards or sticky notes which you can mark with erasable markers then attach to magnetic/ white dry erase board.

One suggestion I would make is to use wet erase markers (Vis-a-vis markers) instead of dry erase Expo ones. They erase easier and cleaner with plain water on a cloth or paper towel. Expo markers always tend to leave residue behind and are harder to clean off, especially off of laminate. If you want pretty, you could laminate pieces of patterned scrapbook cardstock and stick a magnet or a Velcro dot to the back. ETA: You could also cover pieces of chipboard with chalkboard vinyl and use chalks. Then hot glue a magnet or Velcro to the back of each piece.

Depending on what size you need you can “laminate” paper with clear packing tape. There used to be clear contact paper you could use in the same way.

They make dry erase contact paper, post it also makes small( not quite the size of a full shade of paper) dry erase stickies that you could cut up and use.

We used to use a kanban system at an old job of mine and we laminated cards and used Velcro on the back and walls to display the tasks to be completed.

If you have a Lakeshore Learning Store near you, they have a laminator where you can have things laminated. Some office supply stores will also do laminating for you.
