I used to post on the old board forever ago. Sorry I have no idea what my username is over here anymore. Hi!
Do any of you know who currently offers virtual scrapbooking events and classes? I’d really like to take some but it seems the registrations are all way ahead of time for the big events and I keep missing them until it’s too late. I’d like to start myself on some email lists and follows for the future.
I’m really only interested in layouts. I don’t make mini books or cards but if those were also part of the event I might do it. I also love current, trendy looking pages with product I can’t get easily (no LSS).
I know about Crop and Create, Vicki Boutin’s collection weekends and Shimelle’s monthly kit videos. What are the others?
I’m also open to hearing your experiences with any you’ve done - good or bad. Thank you!

Victoria Marie has online crops 1 time per month. They are live/recorded for viewing later if necessary.
Ali Edwards has a ton of classes.
Big Picture scrapbooking is still around
Stacy Julian has a membership that is part classes part events, I am a member and really enjoy it.

In addition to the ones already mentioned:
Pinkfresh has Create and Connect for Scrapbooking. I thought I saw that they may open up registration again for the upcoming event in May.
Scrapbook dot com just had SBC Fest on Fri-Sat. It’s free and you can go back and watch. It’s a mix of cards, layouts, and other papercrafting.
Scrapbook Generation does various online crops and classes, all on Facebook.

A few different stamp companies do their own online events - Taylored Expressions, Concord & 9th, The Stamp Market, Pinkfresh Studio, etc. Information/feedback on a lot of these events can be found in the Stamping/Cardmaking section of this forum.
Some others by individuals:
Jenn Shurkus Online Card Classes (Jennifer McGuire / Kristina Werner)
Also, even if you find out about something past the registration date, email the company and ask if they have a waitlist. Twice now I've been able to do an online event by signing up for the waitlist.

I'm a die hard Crop & Create virtual papercrafting event devotee, though you mentioned you already know about them. I second the recommendation for the Pinkfresh events. You get a TON of product. All of it is brand new, hasn't hit stores yet, and some of it remains exclusive to the event. The teachers are from all over the world, and so they have ideas that seem really fresh and unique to me. Getting yourself on the email lists is a great idea, but don't be afraid to ask to join the wait list for sold out events. I have gotten into two different events from the waitlist, one at the absolute last minute. 3 Craft Chicks in Washington state has fun virtual events, as well. I love them, but they lean heavily into Doodlebug and Simple Stories collections, which aren't for everyone. Take a look at their website to get an idea of their past events. 3 Craft Chicks

It's worth subscribing to Victoria Marie's YouTube channel as she does lives here and there on Wednesday nights - they're excellent

I am fairly certain they will re-open registration for the May event. Make sure you are on their email list and follow them on socials. Check out their website, it gives you an idea about what will be included. www.pinkfreshstudio.com/collections/create-connect-event/products/create-connect-scrapbook-event-for-usa-customers

Thank you!
I’m going to email Crop & Create and Pinkfresh and see if I can get into their upcoming scrapbook events. Maybe they have some extra wiggle room to add me.
I searched YouTube for some examples of the last Pinkfresh event and found a video of someone showing all her projects. Wow. I want in. 😳😍

Another scrapping friend told me Paige Evans has classes on her website too. My friend does mini books exclusively so I didn’t look into her classes seriously when she told me this, but I wish I had. She does have mini book classes BUT she also has layout classes! I”ll be taking a bunch of those! I’m excited! www.paigetaylorevans.com/p/stencils.html?m=1#!/Layout-Classes/c/125414412
