I don’t see a thread for Heidi Swapp and since I belong to her Stamp Society club, I thought I would start one! If I missed the thread, I apologize and we can ignore this one. The new March Stamp Society set is up on Heidi’s Instagram stories and it’s birthday themed: We have four birthdays between March and April and I will get a lot of use out of this set! She also has Color Collection sets available as add-ons this month and I plan on adding the Lagoon collection to my cart. This is such a pretty color!

I was in it forever and just last month canceled because I had so many sets that were shapes and graphs, etc. Now they actually have something I would really use.

I don’t do her subs but I’ve purchased a few stamp society sets when they are available. I find I really either like them a lot or totally don’t care for them so I wouldn’t want to sub.

Are the stamps the more heavy duty ones, or the kind of cheapy acrylic ones? Also thank you for starting this! I do like a lot of her stuff. Wish she'd do more collections like Wolf Pack.

I only subscribe to her 6x8 stamp club and the stamps are photopolymer. I LOVE Wolf Pack and I’m excited for her upcoming collection! The blue alpha Thickers are lovely.

I'm sad I can't order from Heidi as the postage to the UK is bonkers. I did an order once and it went through (I was thrilled) but I think it must have been an error on their part, as the shipping options had changed next time I went back... ah well. I did shell out for the postage during her sale though, as I did the maths and the supplies were so reduced that it still worked out as great value.

Well, the title of the thread is "All Things Heidi Swapp", so here is a photo of me and Heidi from 2004. She came out to Australia, and I attended a workshop she ran here in Melbourne. It's the only time I have ever done a workshop with a 'famous' scrapper. I was pregnant with my son at the time. I had completely forgotten about this photo, until I was going through some old photos to scan recently.

AussieMeg that is a great photo! I have taken a couple of "celebrity" scrapbook classes (Stacy Julian, Donna Downey), but I did not have the opportunity to take a class from Heidi. I had the whole Color Collective Bundle - Lagoon in my cart, but I took it out and added the four elements I really want: photo corner stickers, alphas, and the two tag booklets. I like the idea of each color having its own pouch, but I'm not sure I will use everything included in the bundle.

AussieMeg you both are super adorable! I like Heidi's stuff but for some reason I don't seem to buy it very often. It can lean a little heavy on her handwriting for me. I keep checking out her sub, since I'm currently scrappy subscription free, but haven't been tempted enough to sign up yet.

AussieMeg- How cool was that??? I would like to meet her and a few of these other "stars" in person. craftymom101 - Heidi is one of my favorite AC brands. I haven't signed up for her subscriptions but I have taken a few of her classes on her website. I am finishing up one I started a while ago. Love her mini album designs.

What a great photo AussieMeg! I have a photo with Lisa Bearnson, but it's a terrible shot, and one with Shelli Gardner, the owner of Stampin' Up!, which is just okay. I wish I had thought to take more - I've taken classes from Jennifer McGuire, Vicki Boutin, and some others I can't even remember - it would have been great to scrap them and think back about the good old days of scrapbooking! I subscribed to Heidi's Stamp Society last year but quit because I stopped doing Project Life. This birthday stamp set, though - it would have been great, I'm sorry I didn't get one like that during my sub last year.

I’m a stamp society subber and I’ve really enjoyed her stamps and learned a ton from her.

The July stamp was just released and I love it! What a cool concept! The images are buildable for cute scenes and I will get a lot of use out of this set:

Oh, I love that set! Sadly, I don't have a sub. Do the subscription stamps ever end up in the shop at all?

Such a great photo, AussieMeg ! I'm just here to give some love to the new line she has with AC, Set Sail. I know it's a little bit Hamptons rich folks but I love the colours and super versatile elements. Very pretty and subdued. The ephemera set is beautiful and so easy to pair with other scrap products. A must!

sleepingbooty I have the other ephemera pack from this collection, but I think I need this one, too! And I just placed an order with scrapbook.com. I'll add to cart now and hopefully pick it up with my next order. Thanks for the rec!

I wish she would do a bit more marketing of her Haunting release. I want it but I need to see it in action, especially that portfolio. She did one live and then not much else.

@citygirl I feel that way about all of her releases. I LOVE her monthly stamp sets, but I wish she had a Design Team with monthly samples!

Yes, that would be helpful. Also her social media is too scattered. She has Heidiswapp, heidiswappshop & heidiswappstamps on IG. It’s too many. She posts a lot of relevant product stuff on her personal IG but then I tend to mute or unfollow because she posts SO many stories and personal stuff I have zero interest in like drill team.
Anyway, that August stamp society alpha is A-mazing and I’m super sad I missed it. Do those ever come back in stock?

I am showing that all stamps have free shipping and I LOVE the stamp set that you get with the class. I am seriously thinking on it...is this just the general class that you can take? I don't think I fully understand the set up (class, stamp society, etc) so if someone wants to clue me in that would be awesome. Edited to add part of my confusion is that there are 2 stamp therapy classes, class 1 and class 4. Where are classes 2 and 3?

Heidi was my first scrapbooking class...at Memory Lane in Mesa AZ where she was discovered. She was not famous thenl She had just had a baby and kept calling home to check on her. She wore adorable toe rings that I kept staring at as she was scattered and doing a pretty bad job. I almost left at 8 pm. Suddenly, she got her act together for two hours teaching how to do a trip album...it was great. Never learned so much as in that class and still use the techniques she taught. A year later, I took another of her classes. She was a star. Two women had flown in from Pittsburgh just to take her class. And it was the first time I had ever heard TwoPeas in a Bucket mentioned. BTW...she use to be on Phoenix tv commercials often for her father in laws shutter business. She did a lot of travel scrapbooking then as her FIL took all the large family on vacations regularly. Fond memories...

Heidi posted sneaks of the new October Stamp Society stamp set: What do you think? I skipped October. I appreciate her creativity and I’m sure she will make awesome things with this set, but it’s not something I can see myself using regularly.

Last Christmas the door paper was a huge hit and people were asking for dies so I think this is in response to that. I actually made a door last year and it was fun. I ordered the die set today and will be playing with it, but I also see why it is pretty specific. I think it could be used for a new home lay out, or Christmas, or seasonal front doors throughout the year. I’m looking forward to seeing the inspiration from others.
