I believe this was released just a few days ago and it seems pretty impressive. I've been having some fun trying it out. For this one I said something like "Bulguksa temple as seen from the courtyard as you approach the big staircase. Pencil drawing." Now this is NOT what Bulguksa looks like (its stairs are much cooler) but I like the style. This one was something like "Fantasy village along river with arched bridge, at sunset. Add a cow in the foreground. Oil painting Hudson River School style." Aside from the fact that the cow has no eyes, I think this one turned out pretty well. 😆 "Backlit happy border collie playing in meadow. Oil painting." I like it a lot. The dog has three front legs. (Whoops!) "Korean temple in steep mountains at sunset. Oil painting Hudson River School style." "Chickadee in blossoming apple tree. Oil painting." "Backlit highland cow in meadow. Oil painting." Today I was messing around with "fantasy village by a waterfall with a high bridge. Oil painting Hudson River School style." On this one it put the waterfall coming off the bridge. I changed it to "German village" Seriously over-the-top waterfalls. Vietnamese village at sunset. (It wouldn't let me do "Asian" or "Chinese.") I like how the waterfall is actually coming off the house in the corner. Took out the "fantasy" for this one. My husband suggested trying "tooled leather style." "Fantasy village in steep mountains with high waterfall and bridge. Watercolor" Some things work better than others. From what I understand they're going to have it integrated with chat which should make things easier to tweak. (Like, "No no, Korean temples do not have pointy bits in the middle of the roof!")

I've been using AI art for my labels for my side gig. It saves me valuable time I don't have and it really helps me have a cohesive collection. (Each collection has a theme, selling at craft fairs/festivals).
I'm torn about it--coming from a family of artists, I know it's cheating, but it's also much better than anything I can do myself (very polished) in a fraction of the time.
I won't quit drawing and painting altogether, but for this, I'm definitely embracing AI.
I kind of like the weird quirks sometimes but it can also be annoying to get it to recognize what you are wanting. And the one I'm using is consistently using a bulldog for a walrus. Lol, we're getting in on the ground floor so to speak, so it is what it is. I'm using a paid app so they're technically "mine" and I don't run into copyright issues.

Oh my gosh! What an amazing resource for artists for ideas. Are the ideas generated copyrighted? This is so interesting. TFS!

Fun! I've been playing around with it and decided to see what it would do with the 2 peas bookclub:

I just tried it for the first time, put in yellow labrador black cat (no commas) thinking it would have a picture of each. But it was a combo, a dog face with cat eyes and ears--like what the babies would look like!
