iNSD is six weeks away. Scrapbook Generation will be doing Generation Celebration again. I joined last year and I liked it. I've already warned my family that I'm setting that long weekend aside for scrapping and will be on DO NOT DISTURB mode.
Do you have any plans yet? Any sales you'll be looking for? A class or crop you'd like to join?

My friend is having a crop at her house. There will be about 7 of us. How fun. I know no crafty people IRL. Well, except one that likes to craft, but has no craft supplies, only wants to make cards, and kind of needs hand-holding. It is just not the same. I just want to do my own thing.  |

I didn’t like Scrapbook Generations paid crop last year so I’m going to save my $10 and find some others. Their challenges seem to be repeated from crop to crop and don’t inspire me to work outside my normal ideas. There’s always plenty of free & fun things going on too!

DH has lots and lots of points credit (his job involves 70% travel) for several of the major hotel chais, so he offered to get a hotel suite fo me at one of them. I have yet to decide if I want to invite anyone or just do a crop online, take a few online classes or work on some me time an craft in peace, or invite a few friends for in person scrapping. I will be dining at some fun restaurants- the two hotels I am waivering between both have awesome restaurants for dinner service, great breakfasts, brunches, and lunches and one has a dessert snack bar all day. Plus there is a fridge in the room for drinks and and more snacks and the kitchenette has a little stove stove and microwave.

I’ve done the A Cherry on Top NSD crops before and can vouch for the fact that they put a lot of effort into the challenges, games and the prizes look great (they have a list posted with everything on their website). I feel like I often win something, even if it’s just a bunch of cherries, which are their version of “points” off orders.
Also Paige Evans has a big list of events happening in her Happy Scrappy Place Facebook group. Free cut files, challenges, videos, etc. It’s a FULL packed schedule.
Vicki Boutin also has a bunch of things going on. She’s going live with demos and maybe some other stuff? and has info on her Facebook.
Scrapbook and Cards Today magazine has a bunch of videos planned with education this weekend as well. I don’t know much else about it but I remember them saying something about it during Crop & Create this weekend. Maybe on their blog?

My sister lives two doors away. We are planning on watching the coronation and scrapbooking. I can always run home if I want to cut with my silhouette.

I'm attending a weekend-long crop at a local hotel, though I don't stay at the hotel because I live less than 15 minutes away. I'm planning to go for a few hours after work today and all day tomorrow - not sure about Sunday yet. I know the host has lots of fun things planned.

I woke up at 5am for no real reason, so my iNSD plans started earlier than expected. I had the coronation playing in the background while scrapping my first layout in over a month, yay!
I did lose my tape runner somehow. I spent the first 30 minutes searching for it, but eventually found a back up to use instead. It is hard to celebrate iNSD without adhesive!
