Has anyone used this spin and trim?
If so, do you like it?
Has anyone used anything similar but cheaper?

I still use my CM circle cutting system from what??? 2001 lol! The one you posted looks easy to use but I don’t know anyone that has one.
ETA Actually, I just watched the second video on the link and the cutting didn’t seem to go as smoothly.

I think if I was in the market for a new circle cutting item I would get dies. I figured out a way to use my silhouette to cut out any circles I want but sometimes it's a pain to set it up. I have punches up to 2.5 inches. The 3" punches are just so big I was hoping for something like this that would do many sizes and be small to store.

I have it. I like it but I don't love it. I love the end results. I don't like the labor part of it. It's not easy to use. I have found that using really thin paper works best. The thicker the paper, the harder it is to cut the paper. I keep it, because I like using frames for my photographs. I make circle frames in a variety of sizes, and paper patterns. It's one of the things, that I have to be in the mood to use. When I do use it, I make a whole bunch of circle frames....while saying the "F" word a few times.

I also have it and don't love it. It's not the easiest way to cut a circle and I have several... :-) One of the "extension activities" I include in my workshops is the challenge to cut a circle - I have one of these, a pair of OLFA compasses which has a blade rather than a pencil, a Fiskars thing that slides around, a Martha Stewart thingy with a bar and a swivel blade, a few punches, a Silhouette and a pair of scissors! What did I do last year? Bought a set of dies!! Each one of those has its own "perfect scenario" - the stars have to be in alignment for any of them to work well and sometimes I try them all and it's the last one I come to that gives the best result.
I might even say that the best circles are cut with a pair of scissors, opened wide and moving the paper not the scissors as the blades are brought together slowly and carefully..not snip snip!
