How are we storing all the label stickers that come in the kits we subscribe to? I have a big pile of them, all stuffed into a clear box, which is working fine, but I have to dig through them all to find what I need. My issue with figuring out how to store them is that they are all different size packaging --- some are in flat sheets like stickers, others are in book. The ones I have are mainly SC, Ali Edwards and Felicity Jane.
I store most other paper embellishments by color, but I would need to cut them out if I did that & that takes a commitment and Im not sure I am ready to do that!
So help a girl out.

This is one thing I don't have too many of. I have some cut down and put into color bins for easy access, a few stay with the line's ephemera and the rest go in a 8 x 14.5 tray of embellishments. These trays go into my tiered Kallax when I am working on a specific project. I have room for 8 of them. IMG_7691 by Nancy Tim, on Flickr

momI use a Totally Tiffany tri-level stadium organizer (link: Die, Stamp and Supply Organizer). The dividers are removable so you can customize each "cubby" to fit the width of your products. The back level I took out all the dividers to have it hold 12x12 sticker/chipboard sheets. The inside width is about 13.75" so plenty of side-to-side wiggle room if needed. The middle level I have divided into two, 6.75" sections. One sections holds 6x12 sticker sheets and one section holds 6x8 sticker sheets (like labels, sticker books, etc.). The front level I have divided into three, 4.75" sections. Two of them hold pocket cards/tags and the third one holds smaller sticker sheets, like 4x6 and the tall skinny packages. For the sticker books that come with multiple sheets, each sheet is back to back in it's own plastic sleeve, and displayed in a 3-tier waterfall (American Crafts does this - I hate it), I make my own folders so they are easier to access. I keep two 5x7 photo boxes with enamel dots by color (warms/cools) resting on the ledge between the middle and back rows. It helps keep the 12x12 sticker sheets from slouching forward; and 12x12 heavy duty chipboard in the back to help keep them from slouching backward.

cabinlivin, I have been buying these for years at At Home and Tuesday Morning when I could find them. I also found a stash of them at Target (online) and one other online place. They used to be $7.99. I recently saw the smaller one at The Container Store for $16. Yikes. I can't seem to find them anymore at the cheaper prices. I like that they stack. I just Google them now and then and find a good deal.

950nancy Thank you!!! I'll be on the lookout for them. I have a couple open cabinets that I use for my supplies and these should work great.

[Disclaimer: I don't/never have subscribed to kits or shopped at Felicity Jane or any Inked brands.] All of my label sticker sheets are stored together on a (discontinued) Clip-It-Up & divided by manfacturer. Label diecuts, including those removed from punch out & cut-apart sheets, are stored in Iris 4x6 photo cases by manufacturer. I also use stamps, dies, embossing folders, etc. to create labels. They're one of my favorite embellishments!

I just feel like they are not being used to their potential because I have to dig to find the exact one I want.

I have a thin bin where I store my thickers. They stand so I can flip through them. Then in front I have my little letters mostly Kelly purkey 4x6 and then my label stickers. They just all stand up so I can flip through.

I also use a clear acrylic napkin holder and a clear acrylic 2-slot mail sorter. I think both of these would work well for small flat sticker sheets.
I can pull up links (both are from Amazon) if anyone is interested.

I store most other paper embellishments by color, but I would need to cut them out if I did that & that takes a commitment and Im not sure I am ready to do that! I was going to say I did adhere sticker labels and paper labels to wax paper, put them in an 8.5x11 binder inside a sheet protector.
Maybe something like this instead?

My storage for them isn’t working great either. I mostly use an upright situation, similar to the one pictured up above. That was fine when I had an inch or so, but now I have loads and the excess is stashed in a few spots… leading me to never know exactly where what I want is located and I get trapped in a pile search that leaves me frustrated. 😵💫
The thing is, I don’t really want them TOO organized by size/color/type, because sometimes all I’m looking for is a label, without further specificity, and in looking through options I stumbled across some that I wasn’t thinking about at all that are perfect. But then when I do want something specific - GOOD LUCK, NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

These are the 8 inch trays that are easier to find than the 12 inch trays. I think this is the cheapest price right now though.

950nancy I thought those trays were drawers, oops! How difficult is it to pull out a middle or bottom tray and then put it back? Do you have to pull out the whole stack, take out the one you want, and then put them all back?

Do you have to pull out the whole stack, take out the one you want, and then put them all back? I can lift them up since they aren't too heavy, but drawers would have been better. I found sets of three 12 x 12 drawers in acrylic, but they weren't quite long enough for paper. I had to trim off the ends of the paper and bend anything else that was over 12 inches long.
