This is the first time I have seen these for sale. I got mine from a neighbor. I was told they are an old fashioned plant. Mine have not yet bloomed this year, but do have the bloom stalks/heads getting ready.
grows in Zones 6 to 9

Oh... pretty! Stunning color!
We have to dig Glads here (zone 5a). I love them, but the time to dig and store them is when I am hauling grain, so I no longer do any of those types of bulbs. I love Canna's too, but if I plant them, I know that I am not going to be saving them. I have put a few in pots the last couple years.

Those are gorgeous! Supposed to have to dig & store bulbs for glads where I live, too. Instead, the orange ones have become practically an invasive weed.

Pretty! I have a lot of different gladioulus in my front yard but they're just the typical bulbs from home depot, nothing super fancy.

Glads are my favorite flower, have been since I was a child. My aunt used to grow them at the front of her vegetable garden. We have been growing them for years and have been through many colors. We have given away buckets of bulbs as they multiply. As a result some colors seem to disappear. This year I ordered some white bulbs and a few other colors and have just started planting them. The ones that stayed in the ground are already up. I am in zone 7 and we have lost very few to cold. Here are a couple of Instagram photos of my past glads: Purple and fushiareds and peachPink (originally purchased at Aldi)Those pink ones multiply like crazy. I love them but they are taking over.

Those are just beautiful! Lost my crocuses to snow. Daffodils are getting ready to bloom. I think I need to order some of these glads.

I sometimes have 3 arrangements in my house at the height of growing season. I make arrangements and give to the shut-ins in my area. Unfortunately, most of my 'little old ladies' have passed away now and it's my generations turn for flowers! I don't think that is a good thing.
