I have no need for doggies but the kitties are cute and there are both orange and grey kitties represented so it would work well for my Pad-Bear and Dusty

I must have those dog puffy stickers! And Yes, Please to the star sprinkles! I will probably pick up a few other things too in both collections. I wish they hadn’t followed the “felines get feminine colors, canines get masculine colors” thing. My girl kitty is not a pink precious lady. She is a fierce huntress. Although I love the colors for the dog kit for my girl puppy.

I don't have a dog or a cat, so pass for me. Now if it was guinea pigs I'd need all the things.

“felines get feminine colors, canines get masculine colors” That was my first thought too: I knew before I opened it what the colour palate would look like! I still like it...but don't understand it. My girly pups would like some girly dog papers However, I will still buy this and know I will use it for a few years to come. I have the dog/cat doodlebug stickers from years (and years) ago and used them to death so I was excited to see new ones.

Nobody does C.U.T.E. like Doodlebug! Linda , you NEED those fish bone clips! I may pick up a few of the papers and stickers if I see them in a store. Keep thinking I would love to do a page like they do their shadowbox LO's. ETA. I love those petite prints!

I agree, I wish one of the manufacturers would mix up the established colors for pet collections. They add pink to almost every other line, why not the dog ones? I'm not a fan of pink but could use some pink for my dog who has the personality of a diva/ princess.

Welp. They got me with that candy stripe petite print. I was JUST thinking how I wish that the striping in the dot-stripe colors I have was red and white and not two shades of red.
(And, yes, I already have an idea for a page in a scrapbook for our mini vacation in July. Don't you judge me. 😝)

I often don't buy Doodlebug collections, but I have a soft spot for their petite prints. I don't often use cardstock, so I am excited to have these as an alternative.

I find their cat papers to be too cutesy for my older cat. I like the kitty head outline on the reverse of the 3x4 cards but wish it wasn't that orange shade. I love their tiny hearts and star enamel shapes, and the doodlepop of the cat sitting on the sleeping dog is adorable.
I also like the random dot on the petite prints.

We are cat people and currently have one of our two still alive. I could see getting the embellishment pack that has 100+ die cuts to use forever. I don’t think what I have has much, if any, pink and I like that it’s included. I don’t see getting any of the themed paper as I probably have plenty.
I really like the b-side type patterns that DB and BB have been including in their collections. They are so versatile! I would like to see SS include these in their Color Vibes collections, for an additional option.

I left a quick comment on one of their IG posts about the problem for people pretty princess dogs and strutting tom cats. I doubt it will get much notice and I decided not to get into the gendering of baby papers which is part of the same problem. I’m tempted to get both sets to try and mix and match them. I’m curious if it’s easy to do or if the divergent color schemes really make it difficult.

I *really* like the monochromatic prints -- I use a ton of tone-on-tone paper and will load up on those.
I have a dog and three cats, and appreciate the cat and dog themes. The dog colors are not really my thing -- I don't really like bright colors -- but I'll pick up some of the embellishments. The cat collection, on the other hand, is much more my style color-wise, and I'll get a fair amount of it.

Thanks for your responses. While I like the non-themed/multi-colored plaids found on reverse sides in both collections & appreciate the various cardstock options, I already have the same or similar in my existing inventory. Nothing from this release is added to my wish list.

I have no use for the pet lines but the gendered cat/dog lines has always bothered me. Assuming all cats are “girls” with the pink. It’s weird. Mixing the color palettes to include their pinks would have been cute for both animals. Or releasing one cat/dog line and separate animal doodle pops and things that go with it.

Doggone Cute - Oh my gosh, those dogs are so cute. I'm not a cutesy scrapper but I can't resist those dogs. I'm definitely buying some of this.
Pretty Kitty - This is cute too, but like everyone else, I don't like that cat lines are usually pink. My Gus is offended- he is not at all girly. I still like some of it, though. I'll buy a few pieces and definitely the stickers or the die cuts. I like how Doodlebug includes so many stickers and die cuts in their packages. You can get a lot of use out of one sticker sheet or pack.
I am definitely buying the Doodlepops with the cat sitting on the dog. I have so many pics of the cat and dog sleeping or playing together. I love Doodlepops but I always feel like I'm "cheating" when I use them. Just pop one on and you're done with the embellishment.
I always love Doodlebug enamel dots, jewels, etc. I buy a lot to use on all of my layouts, not just the Doodlebug ones. They have nice washi tape, too.

My cat is a wild man but he will have to like the pink because I will most likely pick up a few of the papers, the B sides are nice if I don't want the cat theme. I use their petite prints a lot but holding off on buying these new ones as they don't look that much different than what I already have.

I like some of the Kitty papers. I don’t have much with these color schemes so I might pick a few papers and embellishments. My cats look nothing like any of the pictures but oh well. I could make it work.

I love the dog kit colors and the puffy stickers. I don’t need it but I may have to get a few things from that collection.
