Sitting at my craft desk today getting my ducks in a row for PL so I’m not trying to remember what happened the past month and decided to play the 2Peas videos for PL Saturday for to keep me company. I just let them run one after another. Oh, the heyday of Project Life!!! I used to get excited on Saturday morning to watch the video. Looking at all the brands and stuff I saw on Saturday that I just. had. to. have.
The sewing, the explosion of washi tape, the enamel dots, the b&w photos “so as to not clash with the product colors”, Basic Grey, Chic Tags. Oh, it was a lovely trip down memory lane. Still prefer Amy’s videos and layouts over everyone else’s. So bright and colorful. She never took herself too seriously. She made mistakes and fixed them or made them work but it was never the end of the world.

They really put out a lot of content!!
I will have to go back and rewatch, especially Glitter Girl, my fave. It's not like I don't have all of those products still sitting in my stash. 😁

I loved Glitter Girl too. Shimelle is still putting out content, but I think she retired Glitter Girl!

I use to love Saturday mornings too. Completely forgot that was a thing. I also loved Glitter Girl/Shimelle and I loved Scrappy Jedi. I'm sad she does't share layouts anymore. Thanks for the reminder. I'll have to go back and watch.

Funny you mentioned this. just this week on two different occasions 2Peas videos have popped up in my YT recommnded videos. I have not watched those in ages.
Can you believe it? It's been almost 9 years since it closed.

I also loved those videos but haven't watched any of them in years. I loved GG, Jill Sprott and Nancy Damiano.

I love seeing old product. Just watched someone using EP Photo Freedom “Today’s Story” by Allison Kreft. That collection was the pinnacle of perfection for me. If I could buy it today, I’d still use it.

During our periods of lockdown, I watched the 2 peas vids again. As I am currently going through a mojo-less time, this has reminded me to return to watching them for inspiration

Still prefer Amy’s videos and layouts over everyone else’s. Who's Amy? What was her class? The only Amy I can remember is Amy Rysavy (Prairie Paper and Ink) and I'm not sure if she was a Garden Girl because I think she was with SU back then. I love the old 2 Peas videos. I remember really loving Nicole Spohr's classes (she had a different last name back then). I remember her using a bunch of coloured embossing powders on a page and it was beautiful. I'm still planning on recreating that page lol. Glitter Girl was so fun, I remember being excited when a new video was out. I watched them all. Jen something (forgot her last name) Jen Gallacher? She had great layouts. I read her entire blog about her son getting sick and passing away and it still makes me sad, I think about her sometimes.

marg Amy Tangerine. I always liked her bright colors. Her Project Life design style was my favorite.
