I bought paper tearing tools a while back and totally forgot about them. I'm going to set them out on my desk and try to use one on my next layout. I also have a Martha Stewart border punch that I bought years ago and have used twice. I need to get some use out of it. It's a trellis pattern which makes it a nice alternative to scallop borders. I have purchased some cut files recently and would like to use those, too.
My favorites are my scallop border punches and scissors. I love a scallop. I also really love my Fiskars confetti heart punch. I use it all the time. The smaller hearts are a great alternative to enamel dots as a finishing touch. I usually adhere three layers for a little dimension. And I use my Silhouette all the time to make titles and other embellishments.

I've had reverse tweezers for ages and always liked them, but sometimes I like to glue things together and then leave my tweezers gripped onto the item so that it fully adheres (learned this trick from Nichol Spohr's videos). Of course, then that means that my tweezers aren't available for a little bit which is frustrating, so I recently decided to buy a cheap set of reverse tweezers off Amazon so now I have my original tweezers and 4 tweezers that I can use to grip things that are drying. It's really such a timesaver if you use that technique! Small investment, big payoff in my opinion.

Unused: WRMK punch boards- tag, envelope, etc. Fuse - can’t get it to create a great seal no matter how long it heats up.
I’m pretty good about purging unused tools.
Most used and loved: Mini stapler Circle punches Old set of Creative Memories circle cutter. Power punch

I have a ton of dies and punches that go unused. Most used are circles and stars, and the word dies "Happy Birthday". I also get quite a a bit of use from my CM corner rounder and circle cutting system, as well as my K & Co curvy cutter set of circles.
The WRMK punch boards have not been used much since I first got them and figured them out.
I have the Spellbinders glimmer system and some plates, but have not used it much. Am taking it to a crop this next weekend and planning to put it to use making mothers' day and birthday cards.
My Crop A Dile still gets used fairly often to punch holes and place eyelets in tags. I purchased the Big Bite so I could reach further onto 12x12 pages to place eyelets, but about then I stopped using them so much, so it sits neglected.

I don't use my circle cutter because I always manage to hurt myself with it. 😆 I also have a paper crimper shoved in the back of a drawer that sees the light of day once every 3 years or so.
I don't think I have a favorite tool to use. I really want a scallop border punch, so maybe that can become my favorite. 😉

Unused: heat emboss tool. Either the tool or myself is defective as I can’t make it work.
Used: circle punched - I use the heck out of those things. I also use my quickutz revolution fairly regularly for alphabets (I don’t have any other due machine).

speaking of punch boards, i remember when i got caught up in all the different punch boards out there. i never used most of them and got rid of everything but the 3-2-1 punch board. i actually use that one a lot to make different size envelopes. i can't remember off the top of my head the other two things it does but i've never used it for that anyway. just the envelopes.

I absolutely love the WRMK envelope punch board. I've literally made hundreds of envelopes with that thing. If/when it breaks, I will happily buy another one. Unused is too many to list.

The amount of tools I’ve accumulated over the last 20+yrs that haven’t been used in forever would fill a book. As far as favorites, right now it’s my scan n cut.

I've been accumulating tools for awhile now - almost 30 years- and I suppose have too many to review their usage individually. Punches: I have about 100 punches, and while every layout likely has at least one punched something on it, I'm sure there are some punches that I haven't used lately. Cutting machines: I have a few, the Silhouette is used most often, but the Cricut, Sizzix Big Shot, and Quickutz aren't dusty. Embossing heat gun: use a few times a year Crimper: use rarely Staplers: use often Crop-a-dile: use occasionally Stamping platform: use rarely Sewing machine: use often Really can't think of anything unused unless there's a punch or two or three I haven't ever used. Some tools mentioned previously - like punch boards and fuse tools - did not interest me, so I didn't buy them. Favorites are my cutting machines/tools and punches.

Indicative of my linear style, the first, oldest, most frequently-used, & favorite tool is an inexpensive, clear, t-square ruler! :nerd:
I'm not a "tool junkie" (& do not own an electric cutting machine) so buy physical tools judiciously. Of course, there are tools that are used more frequently (e.g. alpha dies, basic shape punches, star stencils) than others (e.g. sports border punch) but none that are unopened or never touched in my craft room.

My most used tools are my Epson PictureMate and Big Shot. The most used dies are my circles. I have a tab punch that I use really frequently and my scallop border punch. Sadly, my least used is my Cameo. I wish I could use it with my IPad. I rarely use my laptop and hate dragging it out to cut something.
