I wish they hadn't included the shipping in the cost. When I checked out I was charged tax for it.

I'm signed up. I'm excited to see what Stamp Market will bring to the event.
We will use everything in the box...they won't just send a completer piece that isn't used. They do a good job of sharing items across classes, so you use most items in more than one class. At least that's how it was last holiday.

Well, I signed up. September will be CRAZY with these two events back to back. Hope I can keep my sanity. azcrafty , where do you see the list of contents? How do you know there's no sentiment set? Swipe for second page http://instagram.com/p/CtRcUQyN4pa

$59US! So that is about $81CAD lol OUCH! So sorry, I was doing backwards conversion even though you said USD. $81 is painful! Its all good. It was sticker shock to me. I might still sign up. Will take a few days to decide FOMO is real

I think the only thing I'm a bit disappointed by is that it looks like there won't be a printed book. I'm old school and like paper to write on as I go. I'll print it out myself but I have a cheap, cheap, cheap printer that prints like a cheap, cheap, cheap printer. Also, as azcrafty mentioned, it is a bummer about the lack of separate sentiment stamp set. I use the one from February a lot as well, and in fact made several sheets of them yesterday. Other than that, I'm excited and looking forward. I just liked everything from product to pace and overall tone of the weekend so much. Beyond C+9th and PF, I'd love to try a couple more company's events (don't have to be the weekend long ones) over the next year or so. If anyone has specific companies they'd recommend, I'm all ears!

Grabbed one of the Pinkfresh stencil sets I hadn’t tried, my Waffleflower stencil mat, an Altenew ink cube quad, and a single blending brush.
I can do this.

At other events when the institution book is only a printable I send it to FedEx to be printed. They can bind it too. It’s not cheap, but for me to print it would probably eat up my whole color print cartridge. I also have a cheap printer and it’s an ink hog.

Thanks for the heads up, I signed up. The projects online for the other Pinkfresh events are gorgeous, couldn't miss out on this one.
I wish they had printed directions. Good thing to know about the fedex thing.
I'm kind of bummed that classes will only be available via Facebook. I don't have it but I guess I will reluctantly sign up for one.

Do you happen to recall a general idea of the cost? If it's like $10 I'm totally game, but not sure if I want to spring for more than that.

I happily gave my FB account up about 10 years ago, but also joined reluctantly again last year for C+CD (really did not want to have to do so). As it turns out, it was a good thing for me. I joined a number of card-making groups and manufacturer's groups and I find it to be very useful. I am not searchable by my given name, nor do I have any friends, so all I see is card-making things and FB ads (mostly about card making things and the ridiculous women's clothing and bra ads). I hope it ends up to be a good thing for you too!

I don't really have an address to give as we're currently in escrow (selling), so I think I will take my chances for a secondary sign-up period. Hopefully I'll have an address to give by then! Ryann. If you'd like, you can give my address. Once you get moved we can change it or we can meet in person to get it to you. Food for thought! PS. I'm so excited to have you in the area! Aww, thank you MichyM I sent PF an email with my address situation to see if changing it after ordering but before delivery would be an issue. Hopefully they can make it work but if not I’ll reach out.

It’s been in the $20 range. You could save some by not having them bind or do front/back printing and probably a few other options.

I do printing at Staples. They will bind as well.
Office depot or any local printsho will do it too. Not sure hat you have close by.

I'd also prefer that they include the already printed booklet. For the Feb card event they did provide it already printed so I'm curious why this time it's not being printed. I know I can get it printed but when other companies like SCT can provide a beautiful full color bound booklet then that it what I start to expect.

I'm all signed up! I wasn't going to do the holiday PF event this year but once I found out that The Stamp Market joined in, I couldn't resist. They're two of my favourite companies. I also have all of their inks, so color selection will be easy - unless PF uses their new inks they're releasing this summer, those I'm asking for for Christmas.
I wish they'd include a printed booklet too, I much prefer them. I may have the pdf printed at Staples instead.

I got email today from Pinkfresh with a message from Amy. Festive Foliage sounds right up my alley, though I'm a little less sure about texture....

I had so much fun at Concord and 9th Summer Camp that I am leaning toward signing up for this. Do they reopen registration later or is this really it?

I wish they hadn't included the shipping in the cost. When I checked out I was charged tax for it. Here in Canada we always have to pay tax on shipping, it's a fully taxable service. We even pay tax on postage stamps. It has always annoyed me (taxes in my province are 13%).

Oh wow, I'm so pleased with the peeks. LOVE the Stamp Market Be Merry stamp/die, outline holly die and it looks like a big joy sentiment. I like the vintage feel of the ornaments. It looks like it's a stencil so it can be traditional looking too. LOVE the cocktail stamp and sentiments. I'm meh on the 4th peek but that's because it looks like a copic coloring type stamp set for the presents and I suck at that. I really like the postcard edge though and it looks envelope shaped so that's intriguing. I'm curious if we are going to get cardstock with the stamp market kit.

I like the peeks too. It is a bit odd that Kristina will be teaching Jennifer’s class. Although, I’m glad they aren’t having to drop JMs class completely.

If you read the blurb, it says something about an "upcoming medical procedure"

Oh, yeah, that makes sense. She's been having Lila do her ink blending because her shoulder's bothering her. I didn't realize that it was an injury or chronic condition and not just a passing thing.

The stamp market has a “live” peek at her card on their Instagram stories. Thanks. I like what I see, other than the pinky pink pinkness of it, which I can “fix.” 😉
