Then how about this one in Auckland, New Zealand? It even has a vehicle turntable. The property contains two apartments but is being sold as one unique offering (photos are of the second apartment). It's for sale by negotiation but has a capital value for rates (an annual charge against a property set by local and regional councils) of $5m (about USD$3.19m, AUD$4.7m, or in British Pounds about £2.52m). Presumably one would live (or holiday) in the second appartment and rent out the first? Personally, we'd have to win the lottery first but I think I could live there.😄

Wow. Not what I was expecting at all. I love it. Not totally my taste, but has a lot going for it. Thanks for sharing.

Oh wow! That garden is lovely! DH would use the garage --- he'd fill it up in no time. We definitely could manage having that as a home.

It isn’t my current style, but for a home like that, I could change my style! Does it come furnished? I would just remove the rifle on the wall and I could be quite happy living there. I would feel guilty having a home that large for just me though. I’d have to get a couple of peas to move in with me.

Lexica I don't think it does come with the furniture, sadly. I especially love the blue velvet tufted couches, chaise longue etc shown in the video. 😍

I don’t need a six car garage but I’d take it lol! This is stunning …and I’d love to live in NZ!

Neighbors are very close.... True, but they're not overlooking. I think with the way the property is designed you could be home all day and not even know you have neighbours. 😊

It's a lovely home.
But, not my style. I don't like open storage in the kitchen.

Except for the streamlined style and open floor plan it is not my style, from wood paneling to too much natural sunlight and open shelving in the kitchen. But for some reason I absolutely love it, and could definitely see having it as a vacation home.

Wow - that is a neat home! I have a 4 car garage, but I have crammed 6 cars in it once, when a hail storm was approaching! No turntable! Had my cars, my kids' cars and a girlfiend's car shoe-horned in there! Then it didn't hail! LOL Our shop has my grain truck, 2 BIG tractors (one with a planter hooked on) 2 combines, a grain cart, a silage chopper, a trac-hoe, and a couple vintage tractors in it currently, and it's still has a lot of room! Neither of these buildings looks anything like the one in the link though LOL

I like it! Wonder if the silver car could be part of the deal??? That would be okay with me.👍 Actually, they could throw in the yellow bicycle too 😄 Except for the streamlined style and open floor plan it is not my style, from wood paneling to too much natural sunlight and open shelving in the kitchen. But for some reason I absolutely love it, and could definitely see having it as a vacation home. I find that sometimes too, where a home is mostly not my style but has some inexplicable quality that makes me love it.😊 For me, all that natural light is hugely appealing, especially with the landscaping and views. And I realize I'm probably in the minority here but I like the open shelving in the scullery too. We have open shelving in our kitchen now and I love it - both the look (which I've carefully edited) and the functionality. I love being able to just reach for what I want without having to open a cupboard door first but I could (and have in the past) lived happily enough with closed shelving. Wow - that is a neat home! Interesting. Not a place I'd want to live as a home but it would be a really cool place to stay for a vacation.
Some of the wall decor though reminds me of a restaurant though (gun and the fishing stuff on the walls)
