TFG is releasing his 'Agenda 47' Rather extensive.. From unleashing a fleet of flying cars to executing drug dealers, Donald Trump has not been coy about his unorthodox vision for America as he seeks to retake the White House. The former president and frontrunning Republican candidate for 2024 -- sometimes accused of lacking a clear political philosophy -- has explained in speeches and a series of "Agenda 47" policy videos how he would govern. Often thin on detail, the eye-catching pronouncements form the backbone of a platform that Trump says will "make America great and glorious again."
Critics say it spells out why he should never be allowed to return to the Oval Office as the country's 47th president.
- 'The Jetsons' revisited? - Well I don’t know about ‘freedom cities’ but the flying car is already here. Alef Aeronautics has already received FAA approval for their fully electric flying car and is taking pre-orders. Can’t wait to see who forks over $300,000 for one. Well considering how many failed building projects he has had he should have nothing to do with this but I would bet either he or his friends stand to gain a fortune with this project.

Twitter was broken and was checking to see if it was fixed and it was. Unfortunately this was the first tweet that popped up was this one. Still lying. I wonder if he is panicking with the possibility of more charges added. I assume you already saw M*sk issued a "temporary" limit on all users? Wait. I thought he ‘needed’ to buy Twitter to make sure it was free & unfettered speech?

No self respecting liberal would pay attention to anything Lindsey Graham has to say. Especially when it comes to who to vote for…
From The Hill…
“Trump says Lindsey Graham can help him get ‘liberal votes’ as crowd boos mention of senator”

It seems to me they had better do something about these AR-15 rifles the choice of many mass shooters far and wide. Isn’t this the second case where law enforcement didn’t challenge the shooter? This one in Florida and the one in Texas? What’s the point of having any type of law enforcement on the scene if they don’t do anything when they know/suspect the shooter is using an AR-15? From the article… “The former Parkland, Florida, resource officer accused of failing to confront the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooter who killed 14 students and three staff members in 2018 has been found not guilty on all counts.” Having watched the whole trial I believe the jury got it right. He was being scapegoated despite not knowing where the shots were coming from. If he was guilty then there were others that should have been stood next to him in the court. His life is ruined in any case.

TFG may be getting his trial delay.... As in using his man Nauta. Although special counsel Jack Smith hopes to begin former President Donald Trump's trial for illegal retention of national defense information started by the end of the year, moves being made by Trump codefendant Walt Nauta are making that less likely.MSNBC legal analyst Jordan Rubin writes in a new column that Nauta's arraignment on criminal charges keeps getting put off, which he said could throw a wrench in Smith's plan to get the trial wrapped up well ahead of the 2024 presidential election. "Last week, when Nauta was set to be arraigned after the initial delay, he still didn't have proper counsel, and the arraignment was pushed again, to Thursday," Rubin notes. "Thursday was supposed to be the date by which Trump had to respond to Smith’s December trial date request. But with Nauta’s latest delay, Cannon on Friday pushed the response deadline to July 10." (me, this is his 3rd date, #1 with TFG, #2 7/7)
Rubin adds that Trump has long used delays as a legal tactic, and he says that Judge Aileen Cannon will need to show that she's wise to this tactic if she is to remain on the case. "As Nauta is set to finally be arraigned this week, how she responds to any further delay attempts will be telling — as will her reaction to the defendants' response to Smith’s December trial date request, once they finally weigh in," he concludes. "How far past December the defendants seek to push the trial — and what Cannon allows — could shed light on how much Nauta’s pre-arraignment delay helped the defense." www.rawstory.com/trump-trial-2662221308/#cxrecs_sWere it any one of us we would already be arrested and jailed!!!

The report was released about the messy withdrawal from Afghanistan. So far that I can see only this fool commented.
The thing that kind of stands out about the whole adventure was how quickly the U.S. trained and equipped Afghan army caved. And how quickly the Afghan President bolted Afghanistan.
I suspect that agreement that the trump administration made with the terrorists group The Taliban had a lot to do with it especially since they cut the legally elected president out from any of the negotiations.

I put the blame for how bad it was squarely on TFG, as he by his own admission on TV, sought to minimize COVID for his own political gain rather than addressing it for the sake of the public. The definition of evil, to me, is one who allows innocents to suffer to gain something for himself.

Let’s hope these guys have a really slow summer and early fall. You are aware that a good portion of Canada is on fire, right? I think this map gives a really good visual perspective of the situation or a tweet, if you prefer. I understand California is the center of your universe, but you've posted multiple times about the fire situation in California and I don't think you've posted about the Canadian fires. Just seems a little insensitive to our northern peas, not to mention the millions of Americans affected by the smoke. firms.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/usfs/map/#d:24hrs;@-100.0,40.0,4z

My my my..... Company with ties to truth social agrees to SEC fine if 18 million dollars . A business entity linked to Donald Trump's social media outlet says it has reached an agreement with securities regulators to acquire the company. Blank-check firm Digital World Acquisition Corp. announced it has agreed in principle with the Securities and Exchange Commission on a merger with Truth Social, which would then become a publicly traded company if certain conditions are met, reported Axios. The SEC had been investigating whether DWAC executives held merger discussions with Truth Social's parent company before its initial public offering in 2021, which isn't allowed, and the firm would be required to pay an $18 million penalty after the closing of a merger. DWAC has until Sept. 8 to close a deal on a merger, and the company indicated in its SEC filing that Truth Social's parent company disagrees about being obligated to do so past that date. www.rawstory.com/trump-truth-social-2662224850/

And they claim to be good Americans.. The GOP's tweet was swiftly deleted — but not before being buried in an avalanche of mockery and criticism from commenters on social media. Let me give you a history lesson.. 2017 CA recorded 9,270 wildfires that burned a total of 1,548,429 acres and caused 47 deaths. In Sonoma, Napa, & Lake Counties there were three fires that burned/merged around the same time. Total acres burned 245,000 acres, number of deaths 44, number of structures burned 8,900 the majority were people’s homes. 2018 8,527 wildfires reported. 1,975,000 acres burned and 105 deaths reported. 24,000 structures burned which was pretty much the town of Paradise, CA Sonoma, Napa & Lake counties were quiet. 2019 Total number of fires reported 7,148, number of acres burned 277,285, number of deaths 3. In Sonoma, Napa & Lake county number of acres burned 77,758. No deaths and 374 structures burned. New wrinkle 186,000 people of Sonoma County were under mandatory evacuation orders. 2020 Total number of fires reported 9,917. Total number of acres burned 4,397,809. 10,000+ structures burned with 33 deaths. In Sonoma, Napa, & Lake counties 67,484 acres burned, 1,555 structures were destroyed, over 600 were homes. No deaths. 2021 8,835 fires reported, 2,568,948 acres burned. 3,600 structures burned with 3 deaths. Sonoma, Napa, & Lake Counties No fires 2022 - Quiet year 7,477 fires reported. 331,360 acres burned with 9 deaths. Sonoma, Napa, & Lake counties. No fires. When I say no fires that is no big fires. There are more then a few fires but the firefighters have been able to stop them before they really take off. We are now entering prime wildfire season here in CA and in most of the West. With the highest temperature and with little or no rain in a lot of the places that will be impacted if fires start. Fighting fires is no picnic even at the best of times. But many of these fires are fought on hills and literally in ravines. And these guys are fighting the fires 24/7 and without the help of aircraft dropping retardant and water at night when it’s their best chance to make progress in containing them. And then there are the people directly impacted who lose their homes and even in some cases their lives. CA and other Western States have had more than their fair share of wildfires these last several years Since now is considered prime wildfire season CDF of Sonoma, Napa, & Lake counties wanted the residents to know they are ready to fight any fires that come this way. I simply wished them a quiet year which based on the last several years that might be nice for them. I mean seriously one of the hardest jobs has to be fighting these fires. It would be nice if these guys had a couple of seasons with no big fires. And it would nice if there were a couple of years where people didn’t have to worry about losing their homes or their lives to fire. And you come storming on here like some 5 year old stomping her feet because I didn’t post what you thought I should. You do understand how a public board works right? That one gets to decide what they want to post/share without a toddler stamping her feet because said person didn’t post what she thinks they should have posted. Because that is basically what you did. There is the handy dandy little ignore button on this board which I suggest you use it.

What is the meaning of revanchism? July 4, 2023, 6:00 AM EDT By Ja'han Jones
The GOP’s war on racially diverse college campuses was never going to be confined to the party’s war on affirmative action. Now it appears Republicans are setting their sights on another tool used to foster campus diversity: minority scholarship programs. On Thursday, the Republican speaker of the Wisconsin State Assembly suggested he’ll move to ban grants designated for minority undergraduate students. The speaker, Robin Vos, responded to a tweet claiming a minority scholarship program designated for students who are Black, Indigenous, Hispanic or of Laotian, Vietnamese or Cambodian descent amounted to “discrimination.” In his response, Vos seemed to embody the conservative fervor to block racial minority groups from higher education opportunities. His tweet came just hours after conservatives on the Supreme Court gutted affirmative action policies in college admissions, showing his eagerness to end minority scholarship programs. And he later retweeted a user who claimed Ivy League schools “hate rural whites,” suggesting his apparent push to end minority scholarships is thinly veiled white revanchism.
Vos has also been a vocal opponent of diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, referring to such programs within the University of Wisconsin System as "indoctrination" despite a racist incident at the Madison campus making headlines in the spring. Although Wisconsin is operating with a projected $7 billion budget surplus, Vos and Republicans in the state Legislature voted to cut $32 million from the UW System's budget unless it agrees to use the funds for workforce development rather than DEI efforts. The GOP plan also seeks to cut nearly 200 DEI jobs on UW campuses. /rəˈvän(t)SHˌiz(ə)m/ noun a policy of seeking to retaliate, especially to recover lost territory. "a recipe for deep future resentment, revanchism and renewed conflict"
What is the concept of revanchism? 1. a foreign policy aimed at revenge or the regaining of lost territories. 2. desire or support for such a policy.

TFG, off to a good(☹️) start this morning . Former Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) expressed shock on Wednesday that Republican primary voters are standing by former President Donald Trump no matter what he does. In taking stock of the current state of the 2024 Republican presidential race, McCaskill marveled that Trump didn’t even bother campaigning on July 4th this year and only sat at his Bedminster resort firing off obscene Truth Social posts attacking President Joe Biden and special counsel Jack Smith. The reason he could get away with this, she argued, is that he has such a commanding lead over his prospective rivals that he doesn’t need to bother doing anything else. Rather, she said, “He is much more comfortable at his very luxurious golf club with his thumbs on a device tweeting obscenities about the sitting president.” She then pondered what this said about the GOP as a whole. “Donald Trump is in a commanding position,” she said. “Think about that, Republican Party. You have a guy who says ‘F Biden’ on the Fourth of July and he’s your man. It is unbelievable.”www.thenewcivilrightsmovement.com/2023/07/morning-joe-panelist-shocked-by-trumps-unbelievable-july-4th-depravity/
