Just a warning for others thinking they can use their reward points.
I ordered a bunch of files over the weekend and used the 20% (200 Reward points) discount. The discount showed up in the cart, but didn't subtract from the total. Of course it subtracted from my reward points.
I sent in a message but don't expect to hear anything for at least a week. It is so hard dealing with their customer service.

Thanks for the warning, Nylene.
I usually save the rewards/points for files not on sale, or if I have used up my credits, so this hasn’t happened to me, but I had wondered if the rewards would work with the half off sale. They should include a disclaimer if you can’t stack the reward points with the discount.
FWIW, I have a monthly sub, so the files cost me about 8 cents per 99 cent design. With the half off sale, I get each 99 cent design for 4 cents. Yes, I have more designs than I will probably ever use, but I like options. I do try to stretch that subscription for as much as I can, though. If I were paying 50 cents for the 99 cent designs, I would definitely try to use reward points.
Please let us know what customer service says. I am usually too impatient to wait for email responses, which are usually missing what I asked about, anyway. I prefer their chat option for questions or concerns. I may have to wait on hold, but I get the response sooner and can ask questions if needed.

If it didn't activate, I don't understand why they swallowed my 200 pts. I imagine they will eventually get back to me by email. I just find them so difficult to contact and get resolution. I have never yet been able to use their chat option. Regardless of time of day, it is never available so I wait 2 weeks for an email. I could walk to their offices from my home faster than I could get help with a problem.

It’s been awhile since I tried the chat, so things may have changed, but if I got on chat first thing in the morning, the queue usually wasn’t that bad. I just worked on a project while waiting (I’m retired, so I can do that). People waiting often got tired of the wait, and dropped off, which then moved me up. I usually got help sooner than what the wait times suggested.

The discount displays in my cart, but isn't actually applied to my order until I select in while I am in the cart. I think they do that because you can redeem the points whenever, but it isn't automatically applied to your next purchase. I don't see the discount applied UNTIL I select the discount. It was super tricky at first, because I was thinking, I see the coupon/discount in the cart, but the discount hasn't been applied yet until I've "redeemed" it. I have never gotten an intelligent answer from them via email. Their chat option has usually worked well for me, though I know most don’t like chat and/or want to have to keep their computer ready and waiting, and their phone handy, but when waiting for a rep to come onto chat, I just work on cards or some other project. I usually get my answer and the help that I need within 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the time of year. Right after Mother’s Day and after Christmas, help takes longer to get, due to the new Silhouette owners swamping the chat help with questions. Since you haven’t heard from them, I hope you will try the chat. It stinks to lose those rewards points.
