I miss Costco...
For 125 (4 by 6 only) prints the shipping is $13.50... so after the "Costco member" discount (about $12) the total is $27.90.
I was going to give Shutterfly a try, but printing at home might actually be cheaper.

I order from Walmart and pick up in store (my favorite is matte finish)...only .12 per print...i haven't ordered a large quantity in awhile, so not sure if there's a price break

I feel the same about the loss of Costco photos. I think the Shutterfly quality sucks--paper is thin and color is totally off. refugeepea how is the quality from Amazon?

You should be able to get the prints for free and just pay shipping via the app. Although I do agree the quality is not great, that's what I use for my photos.

I think it's average. Not terrible, not amazing. I'm not picky.

I send my mom's photos to our local CVS, and I haven't noticed any quality issues. There's always a discount code to apply to the total, and you can pay for them in store vs. online as long as your order is over $20.

I used Amazon for a while but my pictures were coming out too dark. I started getting one hour matte prints from Walmart and I’m much happier. It’s not as convenient but on the bright side I do get them faster.

Shutterfly often offers free unlimited 4x6 prints, you just have to pay shipping. I usually use that offer when I get a bunch of prints at once of a big vacation.

I wait for free shipping too or the prints for pennies (.09) with free shipping. Unfortunately, in the last year or two, Shutterfly changed to their own brand of paper which is thinner. However, they print the date the photo was taken on the back of the picture which saves me a lot of time trying to figure out dates.

Yeah the phone app. It’s really convenient for me because I use my phone to take all my photos, so I literally just select from my phone and send them to print. But emailing yourself first might be a pain plus might compress image size.

When I checked out Amazon a few years ago they were using SnapFish as their developer and I thought the photos were good. To be honest the best quality if from my Epson PM 400. But when I have a big batch I usually use Walgreens. They have coupons on-line and on their app (the coupons are different so check both).
