At home lasers, caps for hair growth, red light masks, etc. Anyone have any that they have been using and love?
I've had a NuFace for a couple years and I have only tried it once. It's really just too time consuming for my normal morning routine. I'm up at 6:00 for work at 7:00 and I can't spend 15-20 minutes rubbing the device all over my face. Looking for things that are more passive or less time intensive.

It’s not a gadget… but it is a beauty product. I bought this via prime days based on an online recommendation. I tried it in the shower tonight for the first time. And wow. Literally in just one application I can tell a difference. It was a bit tricky in the shower so next time I’ll use a foot bath in order to follow the instructions more closely. But I’m already willing to recommend it based on the results from one use. Nope. I’ve tried a number of them and nothing is as effective as in-office treatments. I don’t stick with them and the results are underwhelming. They’re ultimately a waste of time and money for me. I practice excellent at home skincare (including prescription tretinoin), and then get regular Botox and in-office laser treatments. I’ve had a little bit of filler and am currently considering some Sculptra and/or undereye PRF.

I also do all my procedures in office with my dermatologist.
The only things off the top of my head that I really like are:
Grand Lash MD serum Tinkle razors for removing unwanted facial fuzz

Well boo...I was hoping for better freedback on the home gadgets. I do get botox, but maybe it's time to also try some new things. Seeing myself on Teams/Zoom calls all day for work and I'm feeling like a need a little something.
I just ordered this...it's finally getting warm enough here in the PNW to be in sandals all the time.

cmpeter - I started doing limelight facials (similar to IPL) and it makes a world of difference in my skin. People are constantly asking what I’m doing. Maybe look into something like that? You need to do a series of 3.

My dermatologist says there’s nothing you can do at home that’s strong enough to make any difference except sunscreen or a retin-a product that’s prescription. Even then you have to use it daily for a long time to notice results.

This is not a gadget, but it's Clinique's charcoal mask. It makes my skin look and feel amazing. I use it twice weekly. link

After the 2nd session my skin was totally transformed, I would love another pea to try it to see if they also had great results

I started doing limelight facials Is this an in-office thing only? Not an at home thing? In-office. It’s a series of 3, one month apart each. I did my face and chest. Then you do one per year to maintain.
