Ugh. I decided to give Patreon a go as I was directly supporting creators not YouTube.
July 1st my 2 payments went through. Billing occurs first if every month.
I just logged in to my bank to check off items on the budget and see if my last bill cleared.
To my surprise I was billed again by one of the creators.
I immediately canceled and chose overcharged. But I can not find any way to contact Patreon or the creator to request a refund.
Is there any help/support for Patreon issues?
I will call my bank tomorrow.
Check your accounts and make sure you were not charged again.

I subscribe to a Patreon and they said that when this happens it is when people forget their original log in and set up another one, duplicating their account and charges. The creators of this podcast say to contact them instead of creating a new log in.

Double check the timing of your subscription. Patreon doesn’t pro-rate memberships for partial months. So if the subscription was made on 6/30 then you’d be billed for the month of June then on 7/1 you would be billed for July.
I’m looking at the app and in the support section there’s an option to submit a ticket.

I would contact the business that you are supporting and ask them to explain their billing cycle. It could be that they are moving around the dates, but I would have expected June 8 to pay for June, July 1 to pay for July and then to be billed on August 1 for August, not July 23. It does seem odd, but there may be an explanation for it.
