A lot of this depends on what/who you scrap, of course, but what phrases and words do you find really useful?
I like word stickers (like Thickers) that I can add additional words to to form a title.
Words like "vacation" or "summer". Those are really easy to work with. (As opposed to "bloom and grow", "shine", etc.) What words do you really like?
When it comes to icons, of course hearts, stars, and arrows are really useful. What other icons are really flexible to use? I think the reason flowers are everywhere is that you can put them on a really wide variety of layouts. I think they are incredibly overused but I do see why it happens.
What do you want to seem more of?

I've posted my list before, on more than one thread.
Shenanigans
Misbehaving
Party of one, two, four, ten, etc..
So this happened
Hanging out
First time for everything
More of this....please!
Whose crazy idea was this?
Night out with friends
Lunch date!
A day out
Now or Never
Unsupervised
Oops!
The time of my life
Life Documented
Guilty Pleasure
Unplanned adventure
Spontaneous
Bad ass!
Checking this off the bucket list
Oh hell yes!
Out and about
Spending time with you is my favorite
My favorite people
Because someone has to be the crazy friend, Aunt, Grandma, Uncle, etc...
Ringmaster of the circus
Wandering along
Serendipity
Still crazy after all these years
This is what memories are made of >>>>
It was them I had the best moments of my life with
Quality time together
Festival
Can't take him-her-them anywhere

I don't buy Thickers and use my die cut machine to make titles but... Spring Break, Last Day of School, Nerd, Geek, anything about going to the library, science, or college... going to the mechanic...
icons: an e-reader, music represented besides on cassette tapes, more baking/cooking/food (we eat food every single day) but not vintage! grocery carts, a yurt...

I'm not really much of a scrapper anymore but I do make some pages. Some of the words that come to mind are exclamations and question words that you could build titles around, such as: what / why / how with lots of ?!s (which can be used on pages about good things and not so good) more / this / please exclamations like: woah / wow / I can't believe this yes / no / now / then feeling Looking at ScrapbookMyLife's list I see out comes up a lot and I think that would be useful too.
I'm thinking of those builder stamps that have one big word and then you can add smaller sentiments to make your own phrases, so I could see using word art with these key words on them and then add the rest of the phrase in smaller text/font/alpha/handwritten.
but I also concede that if I was in a shop looking at cool phrase sets in artsy handwriting I might not be tempted by a set like this, however practical.

ScrapbookMyLife, you should have a thicker line! Wonder if you sent a list like this to someone like Shimelle or Vicki Boutin if they would use some of these.

I don’t want to recreate the wheel every time I scrap. I do PL, so generic phrases/icons are good. I don’t care if I use the same stamp a million times. I just ordered a stamp from Everyday Explorers that had a “date night” stamp. DH and I have a DN every Saturday and a stamp is a better option in my mind. Plus, I like the bit of continuity throughout my year.

Phrases/words: None. Not a theme scrapper, I rarely buy embellishments (since they're often heavily themed) & therefore do not often use premade words/phrases. The few included in embellishments purchased were mostly either trite words/phrases that I would never use or always the wrong size/color/shape/etc. & have been donated. I prefer to create custom titles using alphanumeric dies, stamps, &/or stickers in my existing inventory.
Icons: In addition to hearts, stars, & arrows, I use lines/plaids/grids, plus signs, dots/circles, sparkles, asterisks, hexagons, rectangles, triangles, herringbone, etc. via stamps, stencils, etc. Personally, I very rarely use florals & do not consider them a universal/default embellishment.

ScrapbookMyLife , you should have a thicker line! Wonder if you sent a list like this to someone like Shimelle or Vicki Boutin if they would use some of these. The words are for whomever wants to use them. I keep a list, and reference it to make my own words and sayings from alphabet stockers and chipboard.

I’d freaking love for you to share the list you mentioned…I love your creativity and style!😎

more generic words like memories, fun, summer, winter, and family.
I like the Elle's Studio tab stamp sets for this reason.

Curse words. Sometimes there is no other word that suffices.
Also cuss words are positives like sh*t yeah! Or that kicked a$$.
Others are:
It's okay not to be okay
Mediocre day
It is what it is
Some days just suck
Everyone has an uphill battle
One day at a time
On my own timeline
Doing what I do best
Doing okay in life
College career paths (stuff for different majors). That would be cool.

Love your ideas @scrapbookmylife. I might add "Oh Crap" - I seem to say that a lot.

That would be cool. Pinkfresh has used phrases like that in several of their lines. I don't know any other brand that does that, though. Oh, I think Kelly Purkey has stamps like that too. The only line I know of that even mentions majors is Campus Life. They have a really nice piece of paper that includes physics (my nephew's major is civil engineering) and art history (one of my majors). I immediately used that piece. Also, Michael's has a big collection of stickers that are college major based. A lot of them are STEM. I don't usually buy Michael's stuff but I do think I'm going to go back and get a couple of those to scrapbook my nephew.

I couple of those links are just wonderful. Now I'm debating about getting a few. If you like snark, Tim Holtz (oddly enough) has a phrase book that has all kinds of delightful snark in it. I do junk journal kind of scrapbooking too and I use those all of the time.
