Sorry for being so off-topic, but I'm trying to be helpful, and ya'll are my best source!
My daughter-in-law has a small business crocheting blankets. She got an order for a personalized one, and it turned out lovely. She has requests for more, but in order to make it cost effective she needs to be able to design the pattern herself. This is what she had for her first project, but she has no idea how the pattern was made. Does anyone recognize this, or have any idea of how it was created?

Looks like a conversion software from image to knitting/crochet chart was used. Try something like StitchFiddle. She'll need to set her craft (crochet) and gauge first before converting an image. She'll need to experiment with fonts and make sure to use a large image resolution when creating a JPG/PNG from typed text. If you need a walk-through on how to use StitchFiddle, here's one.

Thank you so much, sleepingbooty! I'm going to copy that and send it to her.
Edited to add - she understood that completely and was thrilled with your answer!! Thanks again!! (I'm glad she understood it - you lost me. The best I can manage is some stitching using Spellbinders dies!)

Glad to be of (little) help! I wish her the very best with her budding crochet business. 😊
