I like layering and I REALLY love to hand stitch on my layouts. Oh, and I like dimensions so pop dots of different heights is a necessity in my stash.

I think I do everything. Mixed media, whimsy/cute, simple/streamlined, flowery, themed. I like it all.

Flat...
Not cluttered and photocentric (no tiny photo surrounded by $10 in embellishments for me)
Something to do with the colors complimenting the photos (I hope.)

Photo-centric, simple, streamlined. May I have the opposite side of that photo centric coin, please? Or maybe story centred, eclectic themed mayhem?

I’m more of a shabby chic and whimsical style scrapper. I don’t tear edges anymore, but I have a weakness for floral paper and pastel lines.

That's a tough question PaperAngel. I don't think that I actually have a style. Varies with the subject I'm scrapping I guess. I do tend to put more than one photo on a l/o.

Eclectic themed mayhem would definitely describe me. I think I swing kind of wildly from one layout to another. I definitely embellish- embellishment clusters show up quite a bit. I love dimension. It is unusual for me to have a layout that is perfectly flat- I love pop dots. I don't usually journal. A lot of the time I just use one or two photos but I've been dabbling in event scrapping lately. I love color and I love pretty paper. Streamlined definitely doesn't describe me.

Photos are the focus. I usually have three to five photos on a two page layout, with one photo being the focal point. Everything on the page coordinates or helps to tell the story behind the photos. Sometimes it’s got more embellishment, sometimes simpler, just depends on the page.

Current style; whatever.
I think it's a combination of undiagnosed ADHD, being constantly interrupted, and not caring what the final page looks like. I like cutting, pasting, and stamping. Sometimes there's a theme or look to a page. Sometimes the photos are so random (pocket scrapbooking), I don't bother to try.

clean lines. solid colors. few bold patterns. not a proliferation of product on a single page. i’ve found that i like my projects (i create a lot of mini albums) to be easy on the eye.
i work a lot on the “feel” principle. Everything has to feel right.
my style tends to lean minimal. my shopping and product inventory is execessive in comparison.

I think the only thing that stays consistent for me are layers, lots of layers.

That's a tough question PaperAngel . I don't think that I actually have a style. Varies with the subject I'm scrapping I guess. I do tend to put more than one photo on a l/o. Everyone has a style! As described, it appears so far you have identified your style as "multi-photo & eclectic" (since it varies by subject). What if you don’t know your own style? 😂 Perhaps look at 3-5 recent layouts that you feel reflect your usual style & note their shared attributes. Also, consider the way you approach layouts - color, theme, collection, mood, etc. HTH.

Thanks for your responses. My style is simple, clean, linear, minimalist, & "magazine-ish," so I use patterned paper sparingly with few embellishments. I start every layout (12x12) with a cardstock base, am story-focused with extensive journaling, & typically use 4x6 photos, non-themed supplies, & neutral color palettes.

I love a whimsical style w/lots of bright colors and embellishments. That's probably why I love Doodlebug Designs.

I think I do everything. Mixed media, whimsy/cute, simple/streamlined, flowery, themed. I like it all. I think this gets closest to me - except simple/streamlined would be that I do PL so in a way that’s simple except I like to add lots pics, stamps, embellishments, and pattern papers and journal cards so I don’t know how “simple” it really is.
