I have had a series of problems to say the least. I am doing fine now, but I was in the hospital on the 10th which is their bundling period for their subs.
I reached out to them because I loved this months cut file and was hoping I could still get it for free even though the time had passed. I also had ordered some add ons but paid for shipping since I had missed the cut off.
Today I got an email from them w/ the cut and printable files, as well as a refund for the shipping that had been charged on my add ons, and a personal note. It was such a nice touch.
I just wanted to give them a little public shout out. Their customer service is top notch.

I'm glad you're doing better, and I hope you continue to heal. That was such a nice thing that they did. It's refreshing to hear that people can still be human.

I love Elle's Studio, they were my favourite sub. I quit PL this year though, so I unsubscribed. I will still use a lot of their products for regular scrapbooking. They've always had great service, happy to hear they're continuing the trend.

I got home early this evening thankfully 😀 Yay! Are you good to go or is there still some healing and recovering to do? I've never known someone to get bit like so I don't know what healing is like. Yeah lots of healing/follow up appointments and all that. For everyone that is not my FB friend lol- I was bitten by a rattlesnake on my foot last week. I spent 5 days in ICU and another day in a step down unit. I had lots of complications and problems, but as of now I am doing ok and at home. It is very painful and I am using a walker to get around. My son and daughter in law are living with me right now, so they are on hand to help. I will probably be off work for about a month. |

I had lots of complications and problems, but as of now I am doing ok and at home. It is very painful and I am using a walker to get around. My son and daughter in law are living with me right now, so they are on hand to help. I will probably be off work for about a month. teacherlisa Oh wow, I didn't know about your terrifying rattlesnake bite and all its even more terrifying consequences. I'm glad to hear you're at home recovering now.
