Did anyone else recently place an order and once items arrived receive a survey about shipping?
I was pleasantly surprised and filled it out. I like when compared ies reach out and ask customers how they are doing and ask for feedback.
Dh got me the Simon Hurley Santas die set to go with the stamps for my birthday.

I think Matt from ACOT, also comes here to read feedback about ACOT. He has more than once addressed issues, that were posted about.
I think ACOT staff listens to the feedback, and makes lots of effort in regards to their customer service.

ACOT seems to be doing a lot to further their status as one of the major online SB retailers. Nice to hear they're not only asking for feedback but are also listening to what the customers have to say. Oh, and of course, happy birthday!  Hope you'll have/have had a wonderful day.  |
