How exciting! Are your walls sage and lilac? What looks like lilac on my monitor is remarkably close to the color of my craft room, and I smile every time I walk in there.

This looks so lovely, congratulations! Your view looks beautiful, what a lovely space to craft! You'll have to share some more photos of it all loaded up! I am considering one of these, or something like it, as we will be building a new house and my space will be more in the mainstream than it is now, so I want to be able to "close doors" on my supplies and just have it look tidy! Dream Box 2 is well built, the DIY version is fairly easy to put together yourself, you just need some muscle for a few steps. There are so many ways to incorporate it into a mainstream area. It is great if you have less supplies than I do . . . .
This is my former scrap room. Now 1700 miles away and much larger than the space I have now. There are also a few organizational photos in the album.
I am documenting the process, and will post the album when I am closer to completion.

Looks great!! Fill us in on how DS1 is doing when you get a chance! Ive been thinking of him! Thank you for asking! He did the homeless drug addict thing for about 3 1/2 years. A great counselor finally snagged him and got him back into Job Corps. It was Covid and the closing of Job Corps centers that really side-lined him. I think we went over 2-2 1/2 years without seeing him and with very sporadic contact. His cell phone number constantly changing. Finally went back to Job Corps and finished the carpentry program, and they had him convinced that he had to stay in Oregon and do the Carpentry Union (they get extra pay if he does). Well between Feb 22 and June 19th, not a single call for a carpentry job. He could get a bridge job, but not a job that was non union in carpentry in Oregon. With much persuasion we got him to help with the first trip to MN when we closed on the house. He like it here, the trees, the lake, etc. After the initial unload he did start looking for jobs. Menards (think Home Depot on steriods) did all the steps up until he was to do orientation. They were going to pay him $19/hour. Then Nor-son (a large well-known custom home builder) called him for an interview. It took about two weeks, but he was hired on and started at $24. After 90 days (which he's completed) he starts getting benefits--pretty much full-meal deal. We are thankful he has stuck with it during the "second interview", when he dug holes for many days.
His social skills and relationship with me and his younger brother has been sketchy at times. He is still living in our basement. But does help with chores. Some of the early days were a nightmare with him around. At least I know he is eating at least one healthy meal a day, dinner.

I am getting closer to having the boxes I moved with craft stuff unpacked. I knew I had a ton of supplies, but now I go "what was I thinking". A few things are being thrown away, others going in a donation box, and others will go on the FSOT board or craigs list. I think I am down to the final 8 boxes of 50+ or so?
