Matt at ACOT Hi Matt, did ACOT receive their Simple Stories shipment today? I got the email last week regarding the lost shipment and it stated the new one should arrive today. Just wanted to see if it did and if not what the ETA is. Getting excited about my pre order if the FaBOOlous line! 😀

Yes, it came in today! It showed up pretty late in the day so we're still getting it processed, but we should have that finished up tomorrow and we'll be getting all of the preorders out as quickly as we can.

I just wanted to chime in this morning and say that I didn't receive a confirmation email on my order the other day so I logged in today to look and see if things had processed. Somehow three things I put in my cart didn't go through/jumped out/glitched. I called this morning about it. Was able to place another order for those missing things and was told they would combine shipping for me. Great customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I agree! I spaced and added a 4X6 box to my cart instead of the 5X7 that I meant to put in there and they fixed it for me no problem! Now all I need is to know when/if my Sugarplum Wishes album will arrive. |
