I mean, not to me or any normal person with critical thinking skills, but to his base the issue rings true. Just go back to after Super Storm Sandy and Chris Christie met with Obama. The outrage over that was astounding. He actually can not afford to meet with Biden politically. Which is probably why Florida had passed a law that you can’t run for President while being the governor of Florida. They know how petty they could be and wanted to avoid crap like this. But Desantis over ride that law because you know IOKIYAR rules for thee not for me. I’d be angry if I were a Floridian. But I’d prefer to freeze to death than move to Florida. Even before I was politically aware of things I hated Florida. The politics haven’t made it any better. |
