"Shoot!" was my first thought. There are parts of Spice I like, but that hot pink is really off putting in a fall collection for me, sadly. I was really excited for this one too, because my kid is getting married next month. I already bought Plum Grove but thought Spice might complement it. Maybe it does it for some, but I just don't care for it. There are a few sheets of Grove and Peach I may pick up. Thank you for sharing!

Some of Spice is speaking to me. I love the laser cut leaves and rubons. My lss will likely bring this line in.

Lots of the Spice collection will be coming home with me. Do I know what photos I’ll be using them with? Nope! And I’m not a fall gal at all, but I love the color combination, even the pink. I also like the essential text rub-ons.

I'm not sure what colour I thought Grove would be, but that was not it. I really like colour though and may pick up a couple of papers. I really like the idea of these single colour mini collections as stash builders.
The really saturated tones in the autumn line are lovely but not my style.

I like the "spice" die cuts and the like, but the papers are too intensely floral for me. The colour palate appeals however.
Peach - is NOT peach - it's orange!

I am really starting to love 49th & Market. I love most of the greens in Grove, that will work great with most outside stuff I do. I really like the peach (or orange lol) so I might buy some of that also.

I usually only buy the foundations packs from 49th and Market, and already have a lot of purple (because I found two of one of their older packs on clearance) and have yet to use most it, so I'm safe. The darker orange paper in the Peach line though...
How many tickets are in those boxes for $12.99 and what do you do with them? Just curious.

Well, I might be the only one, but I Love Spice! I swear their collections get better with every release! I will have to have the papers for sure and probably some of the rub ons and ephemera.

Peach - is NOT peach - it's orange! Agree!! The saturation is way too much on this to be peach.

Oh so pretty! I like some of the Spice, esp. the word rub-ons. Will have to get a few pieces of Grove; it's not the color green I was expecting either Chinagirl828. And I will have to finally break down and buy some of the Essentials rub-ons. Thanks PaperAngel.

Spice isn't speaking to me. I actually really like the colours for Grove and Peach (although I too would call it orange)

More than you will need in your lifetime, but they sure are cute! There are two rolls of tickets of varying widths and a roll of stamps (I think) in each box. The description says each roll is 5 meters. I was easily able to share these with a friend. We wanted different colours so we split the cost and divided them up. I add them as pieces in my embellishment clusters. I have also kept a length of them connected and used them as a border strip. I like both the peach and the grove. I don't need too many extras, but I love using the b-sides for backgrounds. Spice is right up my alley, but I am struggling with what to buy because I have a lot of fall paper, and not so many photos. I might need a field trip to a pumpkin farm just to make sure I can use it all

I’ll get some of the color swatch collections. I really like having those paper options plus the laser cut elements. I’ll likely pick up the collage papers too for my art journaling. I might get the Grove leaves too since they’re green and would make sense.
“That’s not peach!” was my first thought as well. Huge disappointment seeing the name and then seeing it’s orange. The frames look peach to me. If only all of their papers did too. Sigh.

I’m new to their lines and this would be a good time to start. I really like the spice collection but I’m not a fan of the pumpkins. Oh well I have yet to buy die cuts or stickers where I liked everything.

ACOT last January... Officesupply.com also sells some of the collections and has free shipping if you spend $45.

Yes to the Artoptions, if for no other reason than the laser cuts! *swoon*
No to the others, except for maybe the green acetate leaves.

I was excited to see peach, but then oh so disappointed when I saw all of that orange...
I do like spice though. I love using their colorful papers as backgrounds, so things have already been added to my cart.
Thanks for sharing!

Surprisingly, I actually like the Spice collection! I typically don't buy (or even like) things in the purple family for scrapping, and rarely ever use oranges either, but the whole color scheme of the Spice collection seems to be calling to me. I think the color pallette goes very well together and I love a good fall line. I usually do use a lot of fall lines. I think it's the teal (my favorite color) that pulls it all together, added with the intensity of the other hues. I like the fact that the purple is "warm", almost more of a plum, and the pinks are fairly minimal. I will probably get a few selected 12x12 papers, some embellishments, and the 6x8 paper pad in that collection.
Grove says olive grove to me...I have about 3 photos I can think of to scrap that would be complemented by papers in that collection so I might need a couple of 12x12 sheets from that collection. It's a rare color to find on it's own so I don't want to pass it up, but the whole collection is very...bland, same-y, dare I say boring.
I liked a few of the papers from the [orange] Peach collection, but not enough to be interested in buying any.
I did, however, just finally hit BUY on a large order with lots of papers in various other 49 & Market collections. Some I've had my eye on for months and wanted to grab before they go away. However, the thing that made my order so large was I FINALLY committed to purchasing the Spellbinder 6 platinum...I've been going back and forth about it for a looooong time. But I wanted to get it before I ramp up my card-making for the holiday season. I have a Silhouette Cameo, but have really wanted a smaller machine I can emboss with, mostly for cards...I'm nervously excited!!

I'm picking up some of the Spice. I have a few papers & embellishments from Basic Grey Indian Summer & I'm hoping that they will work together.

Thanks for your responses. While I appreciate the concept of the Color Swatch collection, I don't gravitate toward the 49 & Market aesthetic (i.e. vintage/distressed, faux mixed media, watercolors, feminine, floral/butterflies, etc.) or embellishments (e.g. washi, epoxy, rub-ons, frames, acetate, florals).

I’d been wanting to try 49 & Market papers. I really liked Spice since it’s a different color palette than what I usually work with. I went ahead and pre ordered on ACOT. Couldn’t resist the 20% off sale.
