I was planning to actually order a batch of photos this weekend but I guess I’ll have to hold off on this. I reset my password and hopefully my photos will be migrated eventually 🤞.

I got an e-mail the first part of August that they would be moving to a new website. Projects would not be transferring. Shipping was free with a $25 purchase until the end of August instead of the normal $59 purchase. I may gave gotten the e-mail because I had some projects started.

Not a moment too soon, right? Isn’t their old interface confusing? I have only ordered from them a couple of times but I didn’t find it very user friendly.

I’ve had at least one, maybe two emails leading up.
I order from PP several times a year, most recently 3 days ago. It’s frustrating because I paid for print credits, but their website won’t let me use the credits I paid for, and get shipping deals etc on the same order. For example, my order was $150 ish. I used about $40 of print credits. But yet the free shipping at $59 wasn’t available to me to use. So I paid $110 for the the remainder of my order (plus about $30 for the print credits) and I had to pay shipping. Just annoying, and I’m not sure I’ll buy credits again.
Hopefully, with the new website that will be resolved.

My photos showed up this morning and I tinkered around. Seems like a much more pleasant ordering experience. I selected a bunch of 3x4 photos and a bulk discount was automatically applied (25% I think). I need to compare this discount to the discount when buying photo credits — but the bulk discount + free shipping is a decent combination.

I think I just got the one email, but I recall reading about the change...maybe on their website? I've been ordering prints steadily the past few months, and I'm glad I placed an order last week. I hope the new website will be easier to navigate. I've always had trouble with it but kept returning because I do like the print quality.
