I felt the outside looked a bit too country club like for me but the inside is stunning. I would happily gaze at the ocean from any of those rooms.

Beautiful house. Nice pool (yes, I love a good swimming pool. Lol!).
Curious question. Would that pool be considered underground or above ground?

Yessssss, if I had that kind of $$$, I'd live there happily!
I love the idea of holing up in a NH winter (with a full-stocked pantry, of course) and looking out at the ocean from underneath my quilt...

It is a very pretty property, and the views are tremendous, but it's just too formal looking. I don't think I would feel relaxed there at all. Now, the house busy posted, I could happily live there.

I don't really like the interior but I would spend a hell of a lot of time in the pool and staring at the ocean.

It's really beautiful but on Realtor.com they give you the environmental risk and it's at extreme risk of flooding. Though if you can buy it for $25M you could probably just rebuild after a flood.

I could totally live there. I would have to become a whole lot fancier, but we all have to make sacrifices in life.

Stunningly beautiful. But for $25 mil, you have 2 neighbors within very close walking distance? Nope.

I could live there. It’s not far from where I live now and I’ve driven past many times. One can dream.

Since I'm extravagantly wealthy in this scenario, I'll take both. One on each coast to go along with my casual Gulf coast weekend spot.

Odd question, I know.....but in photo #5, what is that "court" or box on the right side of the lawn? I am asking about the property in the OP.

Not uncommon around here! I was just in this area the other day, it’s not too far from me. I needed to get in a long run (marathon training!) and I needed a change of scenery so I got up early and headed to the coast. It’s such a pretty area.

That NH house has stunning views, a house designed to take advantage of them, and a gorgeous pool/outdoor area. I’ve always liked the look of infinity pools.
It’s way bigger than I’d need, and there is a lot of white in the house - but I think I could look past that because of the view.
The other houses didn’t grab me like the first one did.

and there is a lot of white in the house The vibe is so consistent with that pale blue and white that I might feel out of place in that home in many of my clothes. Can you imagine a brightly tropically colored Lilly dress lounging on one of those couches? Horrors!
